"I chose this property because it was popular and close to my in-laws. Everyone gives it raving reviews, so I booked my reservation months ago. I was also told by former employees that this place used to be Better and it is now way different from how it used to be before. I’ve had minor issues leading up to the actual day of staying at the hotel but that did not matter because I already made up my mind to stay there however, I did not enjoy my stay for the most part. "Don't book this hotel ! Food is terrible, cleanliness and food hygeine appalling, 5 days out of 7 someone defecated in the pool and it was then closed and the gym is a death trap. Entertainment team constantly hounding you throughout the day to go to their very mediocre evening entertainment Sort it out Phenicia - just appalling"

"Hotel itself is lovely, however due to the current health situation the hotel mainly just accommodated tunisian guests. Which of course isn’t a problem but there was no entertainment during the day Or evening and all the music was completely Arabic. So for myself being an English person I found it very difficult to actually enjoy the evening time. Food was ok very limited and repetitive I would return to this hotel just hoping it is busier and has more variety next time. "

"Stayed there numerous times each year. Unfortunately, it's usually fully booked. Definitely my favourite hotel in Hammamet. Randomly ask any locals what hotel has the reputation and they will probably say "Sindbad". "

"Awesome property, beautiful, quiet and clean, away from the busyness of the city. If you want quiet, this is the place to be. You can walk to the beach or a few shops in about 10 minutes , but will need a taxi for anything in the city. Security assists with taxi service, very attentive. All inclusive has its perks but sometimes the food served is all over the place and sometimes doesn’t really go together, but it was good. All else fails or if you miss a meal, there is a bar that sometimes open...

"All the staff were very friendly and super helpful! Front desk helped me arrange my transportation and provide recommendations and waiting staff was very friendly and good conversations. Restaurants were very good, enjoyed the beach bars, and room had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay again next time I come back."

"Hotel needs to upgrade a lot of there services such as cleaning and food quality . For a 4 star hotel it needs a lot of renovation as well because the rooms are absolutely old and not clean . Not a lot of food options and quality is poor . I wouldn’t call it a 4 star to be honest and i’ve been to Yasmine Hamammet many times . "
