"Really enjoyed our stay at Kololi sands. The staff are friendly. The pool and beach space is relaxing and the apartments are great. They are cosy, clean and comfortable and perfect for families. There were 3 major downsides to our trip- the pool private to our apartment was freezing and was never in the sun. This made us not utilise it at all. The communication prior to our arrival was really bad and at times border line rude from those who were managing the WhatsApp number. If it was not for...

"The hotel was lovely, rooms are newly refurbished and are clean. Beds are comfy and are made up beautifully each day. The beach is nice and right on the hotel front, the security makes it feel very safe to relax on. The only thing I would say is there is always a lot of sellers from the markets who come up to you on the beach constantly. The food was good, especially the Sunday bbq. "Great time, from check-in, to kitchen staff, to cleaners, to entertainment, great value and lovely staff. Really enjoyed our time. Recommend the premier room pool view!! Closeness to beach is so ideal too, great for relaxation or a stroll to enjoy the sunset. Nice walk 15 min walk to Tropics Mall and shout out Vibrations cafe for a healthy vegan option outside of the great food provided at Balafon. Would definitely come again. "

"Slightly out off that i didnt get the room i wanted and my booking had been misplaced because i was a day late. I was told they thought i had cancelled because i didnt show up. However, i still enjoyed my stay and tge staff are very approachable and friendly. I would definitely come back here on my next visit to the smiling coast."

"The decore in the rooms are very unique. The downside was the bed, it had a shelf surrounding and being short it made it hard to get in and out of bed. The staff were very friendly. "The a condition of the room was not safe the keys was ot working properly the hotal was durty the breakfast you i could not eat it it was terrible. O fridge in roo. You had to pay if you wanted one.i paid to stay for one week i check out the next day. In to i ither hotel cheeper and a hole two bedroom property self contained i would not recommend this hotal the manger was rude. And no refund. Very bad experiences "

"close to what you see in the photos. Very deceiving. Staff was nice. Our room bathroom smelled like poop, Just fan, no AC, it is a charge to have AC. There were LOTS OF CATS while eating breakfast. Our son was terrified as he doesn’t like cats. "
