"We came 2 hours earlier than check in time, hotel staff went out of their way finding rooms for us. We were given rooms with balcony and a beautiful view at a high floor. Great service. "

"Great property, great staff. Very clean. Surrounding area needs work. Lot of traffic and pedestrian pathways suddenly end resulting in walking within the street. While most of the driver's in indonesia are good. It makes you feel unsafe. Most of the indonesia people seem nice . I haven't had any issue with others while walking around. However, I am an American Male, and in comparison to the typical Indonesian, I am observably larger. Which may factor into my safety."
