"Good value hotel in a great location near the 22 bus stops to and from the airport. On the edge of the old town so within walking distance of all the attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful, I paid 16 euros to extend check out from 12 to 3pm and there’s a room that you can store your luggage in. Although it’s a little dated this is a lovely clean and safe hotel. As a solo female traveller I would definitely recommend it "

"I honestly don’t know why people stop at This hotel & complain. It’s very cheap very warm & Cosy, not far from the town. If you want 5 star hotel then you need to pay 5 star prices. The breakfast was ok as well "

"I checked in to find my original room hadn’t been cleaned by housekeeping. I went downstairs to inform the lady at check in and she apologised profusely and said she would upgrade me to a superior room. I was really pleased about this as I would have been happy with my original room just being cleaned by housekeeping. The lady at the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to help me. My superior room was absolutely gorgeous and completely spotless. I had a coffee making machine,...

"Absolutely fantastic. Would not even consider staying anywhere else when visiting Riga. The staff are exceptional and make you feel very special. We used most of the facilities and all were as you would expect from a high end hotel. Simply brilliant all round."
