"The hotel is fine, it is clean and comfortable. The room is well equipped and has a fridge and coffee machine. The street it is on is not good. Closed shops, vape shops, thrift shops. It is surrounded by a university campus."

"It was a beautiful historic hotel with a spacious clean room. The only negative was that the A/C system couldn’t keep up so it would stay quite warm. I am not sure if this was an individual room issue, or for the hotel entirely. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful and inviting including Annabell the lobby cat. "

"Great place to stay as always. Room decor is very cute. This time the sink in the bathroom was very tiny which was a bit inconvenient but overall a very comfortable stay. The new rooftop bar Byrd House is great addition. The view from there is amazing and the place has a great vibe. "

"Picked hotel off location to a venue for a show. Originally booked a different hotel who was not accommodating to our party size. This hotel was able to easily accommodate us and was a much better price! Great location, staff was friendly facilities were clean. I'd stay here again for sure!"
