"Propert6 well maintained but it didnt feel like a luxury stay at all. There are very few in-room amenities (maybe I missed that in description): no coffeemaker, no iron available at all -literally have to contact housekeeping and they will pickup and iron items for you. Sounds nice but if you're just needing to run a few passes of steam and go, this doesnt work. Also no phone in room to contact front desk or housekeeping. "Friendly staff in all areas of the hotel we visited, spa, front desk, restaurant, bellmen, etc! Our Spanish isn’t the best but almost everyone spoke English so we were able to communicate without feeling judged. The room itself was a little dated: view was of a parking lot ( to be expected I guess with so many other tall buildings around), shower door didn’t close all the way but we were able to overlook them because we only had an overnight stay.oh and the bed was comfortable!"
