This made all the difference and it was a perfect place for a family holiday, my son thoroughly enjoyed himself, as did we!"

The only problem was the size of my room I went with my teen son and it would have ok for a couple or single room but definitely not with a teenager. "We cannot fault this hotel. The staff are amazing, the location was central and the hotel itself was exemplary. One of the best, if not the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff could not do enough for you and were so attentive. Just be prepared to pay 50 Euros per person per night as a charge when you check in should you order anything. That took us a bit by surprise. Wonderful stay thank you Marriott! "

"A modern hotel very friendly staff on reception breakfast service cleaning staff all spoke i liked that a credit to hotel .my room was clean spacious a good shower bed comfy .i thought breakfast was excellent. Its on a bus linebus stop a few minutes away i very much enjoyed my stay thankyouas a sol traveller i was made to feel welcome. "

"Had a lovely stay in a very comfortable room with a huge balcony and fantastic sea views. The Indoor swimming pool and hot tubs were also great for the winter months - nice and warm and not too busy, so you were still able to swim. The building work is ongoing, but I did not find this disruptive at all even when sat outside. The entrance and parking area are a bit messy and rough, as is the path to the bus stop - not so easy with a suitcase. Bus stop 10 min walk away with regular service to Mellieha for some alternative dining options, or a Bolt was around 5 Euro. Airport direct bus also stops there - though was very busy between Mdina and St Pauls. Breakfast tasty and plentiful - lots of fruit, yoghurts and fresh omelettes. Had dinner in the Italian twice and lunch in Kofi & Kale twice - both enjoyable. The peninsula around the hotel is very pretty, and I had a lovely walk around the couple of bays, with stunning views over to Comino and crystal blue waters. Also an easy 20-minute walk to the ferry terminal over to Gozo - a well worthwhile trip."
