"I cannot say enough good things about Kijani and its amazing staff. Tito and his team were all very welcoming, warm and personable, and always went above and beyond for their guests. The place in itself is beautiful, airy and peaceful, beautifully designed and centrally located. The food was amazing and everything was so fresh. "Very calm spot, unlike the rest of Lamu. Staff very helpful and very professional, offered to organize outings as needed, which is good because the location is inconvenient for individual exploration. "

"We had a lovely 9 day stay at the one way house. The house is simply stunning and very well maintained and clean. Michael- the chef- made us beautiful breakfasts and dinners. "Every bedroom, gathering space, and lounging area throughout the house (inside and out) is comfortably appointed and thoughtfully designed. The staff of the house are warm, inviting, and exceptionally professional. We loved the location along the water - close access for beach walks and shopping, yet plenty of quiet and privacy while still steps away from activity. Forodhani House is a very special place and our group was honored by our experience!"
