"We really enjoyed our stay at Mersin hotel panorama. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious; we loved the fresh menemen! Rooms have seaview, are clean and so is the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable; we slept like babies. The only downside was that I had to shower with cold water. Not the end of the world but warm water would have been nice. Nonetheless a hotel I warmly recommend."

"The description of this hotel on Orbitz needs to be updated. Let’s be honest here. This is not a resort. The pool and surrounding areas is filthy. There was signage all over the hotel indicating it was a “resort” abd I kept asking myself “how is this possible”? The hotel is no where close to the beach so the photos on Orbitz were misleading. " It says it is all inclusive total lie! When you check in, they give a time sheet for the food service. No alcohol is included, no canned drinks (nonalcohol) included, you can not even get coffee, they have a set timing for Turkish coffee if you want to drink. We still checked in and a room was given we went upstairs and the bathroom was dirty. My nephews, my mother and I was supposed to stay together at the family room. It is not as the photos on the website. Still I calmed my nephews down...

"The entire Rain Garden team is unbelievably friendly and helpful, the place super clean and comfortable and the beach only 2 min away. The restaurant that belongs to the hotel is directly at the beach front and has great food and milkshakes. We felt so warmly welcomed and so safe and so relaxed and great at Rain Garden. Will return ASAP!"
