The staff was the best part as they act like they really want to do their jobs rather than some places where one feels that they are being friendly because they have to. It's worth noting that if someone is accustomed to 5-star resorts, this may not be the place for you. We've stayed in places where the rooms were much nicer, but for our needs, the room here and the resort itself was absolutely fine. The beach is outstanding and we were able to find chairs every day at the beach. "
