"The property is definitely remote. The road to get there is pretty rough. The property is nice, food is good but for western English speaking travelers the customer service is noticeably poor and understood english is kind of one guy."

"The hotel was fine, but they don’t have an elevator, the worst thing was the A\C in the room it was not doing it job we visited at July and we couldn’t open the windows because of the bugs, we had to park our car outside the hotel parking but it was a safe calm street so it wasn’t a big deal "

"Pros: The property is close to the centre of Màtrafüred, where the restaurants are, and it is also close to the hiking trails. It has a pool (though it is a bit dated) a kitchen and dining area for guests to use, as well as a sauna and a nice back garden in the woods. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating and the room was clean. Cons: The property is right next to the main road, so if you have a room that faces that side, it is very noisy. "Well located close to the city centre. No luxury but simple, decent and functional option for a stay that covers all the basics. Quiet area so you can get a good sleep. Breakfast is a buffet - not a huge selection but decent. Just a shame that bakery (rolls and buns) isn't fresh but rather from a previous day, which is hard to understand given the breakfast starts at 7am. Comes at a competitive price point so provides decent value for your money."
