"It's an old hotel and the rooms show it. Outdated everything. Extremely poor lighting. Dirty carpets. Dark. However, the service is outstanding. Managers Simon and Haneef were quick to help with absolutely anything and everything I needed for my 12 day stay. That included helping me get an upgrade to a suite at a time when the hotel was almost completely booked. Ms. Noor at the front desk was gracious and professional. "We booked a junior suite for a week long stay at this remarkable hotel. Breakfast had a verity of option, we loved abundance of fresh juices. Staff were highly responsive and addressed all our requests efficiently. It is obvious from our experience that this hotel is well managed. Thank you Hyatt Al kout, we loved our stay."
