"It’s a very fun concept, but if you are not from one of the cruises you are almost forgotten about. They have such a crazy influx of people from the cruise that they get overwhelmed and can’t handle everyone. The activities are too expensive for somebody already paying so much to stay at the hotel. It is such a cool place it just does not seem organized and well ran."

"The igloo hotel was amazing! Can't say enough good things about this place. The artistry was amazing. The staff was so nice. They went out of their way to help us multiple times. They even came to tell everyone the northern lights were out. Would definitely recommend and stay there again"

"A stylish hotel in beautiful surroundings. We loved staying here as it is well presented and comfortable. We were made to feel v welcome. Alvin went out of his way to make sure we had a brilliant evening and the cooking by Nina was excellent. Local produce, tasty and felt like home cooked food of top restaurant standard. "WONDERFUL - the hotel was perfect for our needs and wants as it is but when you add the amazing kind staff and their welcome smiles and open hearts your hotel becomes more like home sweet home! Our special thanks to Magdalena and Victoria for that! Dinner - the two chefs prepared a fresh dinner that satisfied our hunger well! We really enjoyed our visit there and will miss our “new friends!”"
