"The Four Seasons has a reputation for a reason. It surpasses all expectations. My mom and I stayed here during our visit to Kuwait and couldn't have been treated any better. The staff made us feel like family. "Staff very friendly and helpful. Also, excellent location. The only negative is that the rooms have a connecting door to the adjacent room. (It’s locked of course.) But the problem is that you hear a lot from the next room. My first night for some reason at 3:30 in the morning they started to play music very loud. Lasted maybe 45 minutes. I’m a very sound sleeper and it woke me. "

"This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine."

"I was very impressed the staff, and how wonderful and courteous they are. My room was immaculate clean with plenty of linens to accommodate my needs. And breakfast was wonderful with high quality buffet and American style breakfast. "

"ITs Kuwait City - it is HOT! Easy access to running trancks and gardens. The running track has water coolers and mist sprays overhead. The Four Seasons is 2km away and the food there is fantastic. The meals at the SwissBelInn were excellent and local. Staff were great and I will definitely be staying there again in the future."
