"Susan's place is such a wonderful find! If you're looking for a remote island vacation away from the crowds on Provo, this is the place! There are two main beaches on Middle Caicos -- Dragon Cay beach and Bambarra beach (which is a 3 min drive from this rental). We preferred Bambarra beach since it is quieter and the waves are gentler, so this rental was perfect for that. Getting here wasn't super hard -- from the Provo airport, you can take a shared taxi to the ferry (30 min), a ferry (30-40 min) and then pick up a rental car right outside the ferry to drive to the rental (50-60 minute drive). Susan gave very detailed instructions for finding the place and the address is marked on the main road (may also benefit from coordinates). The rental has EVERYTHING you need, a well stocked kitchen with utensils, knives and some spices. We brought a lot of what we wanted to eat from our grocery store at home and supplemented with Dard's grocery store (which is on the way from the ferry to this rental). In addition, the place is well stocked with beach equipment, including chairs, beach towels, multiple blankets, snorkling gear, and even sunscreen if you're running low. AC works well if you need it and a clean home. And the stars at night are beautiful! "

"The Royal Hideaway on Middle Caicos is wonderful 2 bedroom place to stay. The 2 bedrooms are on the main floor and the kitchen and living room are upstairs. The beach is short walk, about 250 yards. We only stayed 2 nights and did not have a chance to use the bikes or kayaks. Next time we will plan to stay more days on Middle Caicos. We would bring more cash next time for the beach bar and restaurant."

"Rocky Top Villa is tranquil, comfortable, and well-equipped. The views from the deck are phenomenal and a wonderful way to start and end the day. The night sky will please any stargazer. The location on Bottle Creek is well-situated to explore the beaches and natural beauty of North and Middle Caicos.We enjoyed snorkeling just off Wild Cow Run with a local guide, exploring Pumpkin Bluff and Indian Cave, learning about early inhabitants, and hanging out with the bats in the Conch Bar Cave system. Sandy Point and Bambarra beaches are great swimming spots. We took in the beauty of Dragon Cay after a satisfying lunch at Mudjin Grill (we liked it so much we went back!). The relatively new Cilantros restaurant was tasty and Chef Neil came by and sought our feedback and talked with us about his vision for future menu offerings.Patti and Bob and their property manager are gracious, helpful hosts. And Bob's beautiful watercolor paintings adorn some of the walls! All in all, RTV is a great place to stay, relax and unwind, and explore the islands and the ocean."

"The Far Away villa is one of the best VRBO homes we’ve ever been to - it has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and modern. We always cook for ourselves, and the kitchen is incredibly well appointed (including everything you’d need for cooking and baking, as well as basic spices and Tupperware containers for leftovers). I can’t comment on the price/availablility of restaurants or groceries (we brought everything we’d need for the three days we were there); there are definitely stores along the way as you drive in from North Caicos but I have no idea about quality, selection or prices. There are some essentials that have been thoughtfully provided like sunscreen, beach towels, and a very large bottle of drinking water (the size that would sit atop a water dispenser). There’s a good selection of DVDs, as well as some streaming services. Dragon Cay is quiet and restful; swimming out by ‘the dragon’ and on the ‘secret beach’ was fantastic (lots of good waves, which our 20 and 22-year old boys enjoyed) and we managed to do some snorkelling on one of the calmer days. We drove out to the Conch Bar caves but decided not to tour ($30 USD pp, according to the gentleman who approached us). Bambara Beach is lovely (calm and very shallow water is great for small kids) and there were very few people there. Valerie (host) was super-responsive through the VRBO app and very helpful about returning some items we left behind."

"This is the 3rd time we have been fortunate enough to stay here! We love it more than words can say! The owner, ERICA, is a delight to deal with - she responds quickly and is so helpful about everything/anything! We are looking at our calendars and hoping we will be able to return in the near future! It is absolute paradise! We love the house - spend much of our time on the fabulous screened in porch in the evenings playing games, the beach is what I imagine heaven would look like(!) and Middle Caicos is so quiet and serene - just the way we like it!
