"Excellent staff, very hospitable. Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant offered a big breakfast buffet which was very good. Restaurant staff were extremely nice. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. "

"We ended up having to stay in Pangkalan Bun unexpectedly when our flight was cancelled. We booked this hotel at the last minute. The staff were very nice and the facilities good. My only complaint would be that it is a fairly long walk to get to the main part of town where the “sites” are. A short drive, so if you prefer that, the location is fine, but if you like to walk, pick something a little closer to the water. "

"Upon check-in, the linen looks crumpled and blood-like stains were visible at the bottom of the duvet. Requested room move but linen change was offered. I was unhappy but had to accept because it was 2.30am and I felt tired."

"The hotel looks well presented and lobby is fine. Staff were friendly and helpful at check in. Room is also clean and presentable. We arrived new years eve and really just wanted somewhere to sleep before heading home after 3 weeks of backpacking. The hotel had a bbq arranged and was only accommodating the people who had pre booked. We found it difficult to get a meal just for us in the restaurant and there was major language barriers. "Redelijk hotel met schone kamers Maar ze presteren het om midden in de nacht te gaan boren en ook in de ochtend. Zelfs naar het bellen werd er beloofd te stoppen maar 30 minuten later begon de herrie weer. Heel slecht. Ontbijt was vaak ook niet super. Al met al een 5."
