Food at the hotel very good, with various options.The only small issue are the TV channels, I know we were on holiday and we normally wouldn't use the television, but we had 3 days of really bad weather and it was impossible to go out. "The hotel has beautiful grounds and pools. Rooms feel a little outdated. Shower in the bath with a small shower screen which meant floor was soaked. If you drive there, there are not any obvious signs when you get to the hotel. It's not hard to miss but you do wonder as you drive in, whether you're in the right place or not. Staff were great and super friendly. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Room service wasn't that good. Beautiful setting and grounds. My son liked the kids club as well."

"The half board option was good, some thing were new everything and overall pretty good. Most of the staff were great, however some of the local staff such as those preparing food weren’t the most friendly. The non local staff were very friendly and helpful. Good but not 5 star

"The hotel was huge and very close to beach and shops. Staff were very polite , friendly and helpful especially Georgio (if I spell his name correctly) at reception, he was very kind. Breakfast was good. Overall it was ok but I wouldn’t count it as a 5star hotel. You could find dirts especially in bathroom. They don’t change the towels and toiletries like shampoo on a daily room cleaning. It wasn’t any space for our luggage, we had to put the luggages on the bed."

"Excellent. Fantastic kids club set up form out 5 and 3 year old. Very friendly staff and welcoming. Super pool/beach set up for family. Great restaurants. Only thing was the Lanes evening buffet I believe was not super value. Touch expensive for what it was. Otherwise could not fault the trip. "
