We loved this house! It had a wonderful screened in porch out back to enjoy. The neighborhood pool area was beautiful. It was located in a very nice neighborhood!! Short walk over to the beach. We loved it!!

The house itself is well laid out, with open living/dining/kitchen area for socializing and four bedrooms for privacy. We particularly enjoyed the screen porch, which overlooks a wooded backyard. I will definitely consider staying here again on a return visit to Destin.

It was about a 5 min walk to the beach not bad at all! The neighborhood was quiet and great to take our dogs out for walks! We would most definitely stay here again! I would recommend renting a golf cart! We did this for the first time this year and it was worth every penny!

Something seamed odd, I guess it was because I saw the same house listed on two or three sites. I thought maybe I was getting scammed. Fact was just the opposite. As it turned out this ended up being one of the nicest vacations we have had in the past 20 years.

The home was spacious and great for our family and friends. It is a short walk from the beach and is close to numerous restaurants and shopping centers which was great. However the beds in the upstairs guestrooms and furniture in the family room are a little dated and some of blinds need replacing. This rental would be excellent with a few improvements to include updated furniture and new beds in the upstairs guest rooms. I would recommend this rental to friends with the recommended improvements.

We especially enjoyed the heated pool as other homes we've stayed only have an unheated pool in November.However - a working pantry would be delightful. No salt, no pepper, not enough dish detergent to run a load every other day, not enough toilet paper for a week, or paper towels. Such a shame. It really puts a damper on things when these are consumables that should just be provided when you're staying a week. When I book a hotel, there's always enough toilet paper.Otherwise, truly a delightful home. With a few tweaks it would be AMAZING!!

It is within walking distance to the pool, beaches and food. However, the full potential of the house is not utilized and it is in need of just general maintenance & updates, such as bed linens. The furniture and amenities are not in line with the price.

Next year we are coming a little later, so maybe they won’t be as big of a threat. Although we loved this house enough to rent it two years in a row, we noticed it has not been kept as well as last year. Although several upgrades were made, they did not meet up with the price increase. We are probably going to rent another property next year unless the price drops back down to where it was previously.
