Magnolia House has the best view in Destin. Look out your balcony. To the left is the Gulf of Mexico; it’s no secret how beautiful that is. Straight ahead is the East Pass; this is where all of the boats have to travel to get from the Destin harbor to the Gulf of Mexico. Yachts, fishing boats, dolphin cruises, pirate ships, snorkeling cruises – if they need to get to the Gulf they’re going to travel past your balcony. This is easily the most varied and interesting water view in town. That’s not all. Look to your right; that’s the Destin Harbor. The harbor is a mecca of restaurants, bars, specialty shops, entertainment, and water sports. If you’ve been to Destin before you know about the harbor; if you haven’t this is a must visit location. You’ll be busy but take time to watch the sunsets . . . they will cleanse your soul. You won’t find anything better.

Are you looking for a beautiful beach? We have a deal for you! Magnolia House comes with a private beach that is only available to residents of Destin Pointe; the beach is big, and the density is low - plenty of room for social distancing. Look out your balcony and you see the East Pass and the locally famous Destin jetties. This is where the many of the charter boats take their passengers to snorkel. It’s also a favorite spot for fishermen. Destin Pointe is the only direct land access to the jetties. Stay somewhere else and you have to take a boat or hike about a mile down the beach to get there. For you it’s a short walk over the dunes. If you like to fish, snorkel or watch the boats go by this is a great option. Our private beach on the Gulf of Mexico is beautiful like all of the Destin beaches but it has something most don’t, space. It’s the same fabulous beach people flock to down the road but since it's private to Destin Pointe residents and guests it has a lot smaller crowd. There is one way to get to the Gulf beach. You can walk. It’s a pleasant 5-minute stroll crossing a boardwalk bridge over a scenic lake. For you to enjoy this beach even further we provide two beach chairs and an umbrella - these are complementary with your rental, March 1st to October 31st; identify yourself to the beach service and they'll set them up for you. There’s a reason why Destin has consistently been rated as having one of the top 10 beaches in the world.

Tired of the beach (really?) There are two pools on the resort. You can’t miss the first one; you can see it from your balcony. This one includes a hot tub and has one of the rare, heated pools in Destin. There are also barbecue grills located here so break out the steaks. The other pool is located next to the beach pavilion. You’ll see it when you go to the gulf beach. This is a gorgeous pool complete with jets spraying decorative water displays. If this isn’t enough of a change Big Kahunas, our local water park, is just a five-minute drive away. Look it up online - it’s definitely worth a visit.

Do you want a quiet getaway on the water? Magnolia House is wonderfully situated in the secluded section of Holiday Isle in central Destin, within the private gates of the Destin Pointe community. This one of the best spots anywhere on the Emerald Coast! Your privacy is insured with 24/7 guarded security.

Looking for family friendly events? Big Kahunas, The Track, mini golf, bowling, pirate ships, dolphin cruises and every water sport you can imagine are all a short drive (or boat ride) away.

Do you want to party the night (and maybe day) away? Call the water taxi. They’ll pick you up and bring you back to Noriega Point beach (opposite side of the harbor from A'J's restaurant). They’ll take you anywhere you want to go on the harbor. AJ’s, Margaretville, and Harry T’s are all a short boat ride away.

How about fireworks? The view from your balcony puts you at virtually ground zero for the Harbor Walk’s famous firework displays. Displays occur on holidays and weekly during the summer season. Don’t fight the crowds; sit on your balcony. It’s the best seat in town.

Do you like to eat? Use the same water taxi or your car to get to one of our famous restaurants. Harbor Docks, Dewey Destin’s and Hogg’s Breath café are a few of the many outstanding eateries located near the Harbor Walk.

Want to go shopping? Destin Commons is a 10-minute drive east. Drive another 5 minutes and you’ll arrive at the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. If you haven’t heard yet Silver Sands is the largest designer outlet mall in the United States. It’s worth a look.

Your unit is a one-bedroom/ one-bath condo that includes queen sized sleeper/sofa with a gel mattress in the living room. The beachfront complex overlooking the Destin East Pass and Jetties is amazing. The complex features under building parking, two lakes, 2 tennis courts, 2 pools - one heated year-round, basketball, shuffleboard and a seasonal courtesy shuttle to effortlessly transport you around the complex. You can swim, walk the beaches, fish the jetties, snorkel or participate in the sports and games all without leaving the complex. Be careful not to spend all of your time on the Pointe; we’d hate for you to miss the rest of what our holiday paradise has to offer outside the gates. It’s up to you; you’re on vacation – just show up and relax.
