This ground-floor condo features beautiful modern décor. The home has convenient access to the beach boardwalk from the back patio facing the Gulf. The kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware needed to create a delicious meal. There is a round glass dining table plus bar stools for ample seating.

The main bedroom and living area offer upgraded TVs. You can also enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer/dryer.

very nice and safe! Unit was very neat, clean, cute and has a lot of space!! Perfect oceanfront view of the beach and heavy duty patio chairs. I loved every single thing about this place. I will definitely be booking this unit again! ❤️

Location location location
Upon arrival, the unit was very nice and is exactly like the pictures. You could walk out the back door and trip onto the beach! It’s about a total of 40 yards to the beach from the back patio & will make you want to come back ASAP. The only reason cleanliness wasn’t 5 stars was due to a brown spot being on the couch when we got there. Otherwise it was a perfect spot in a very nice location! Vacasa checked in a few times over our days there and made it very pleasant. Side note: you will need to bring any salt/pepper/ seasonings as they don’t have any as well as some toilet paper/ trash bag (we were only given one of each). Would absolutely stay here again!

Bed sheets in the bedroom feels icky, the carpet in the bedroom needs to be change. This is just my opinion, others might be ok with it. Otherwise, we had a good time and enjoy our time here.

Beach wedding
I chose this location for our daughter's Crystal Beach wedding. The location was perfect, the beach and ocean view absolutely stunning. Our condo was very outdated, and it was very obvious that it was not being professionally cleaned. Our first clue to the cleaning problem was dirty bed linen on bottom bunk in the hallway. The dryer wasn't venting properly, lint everywhere.

Many things needed attention in the unit: Door bell Lower lamp on floor lamp broken Missing coffee pot basket Bathroom swivel mirrors wouldn’t stay at eye level Dirty dishes in the cabinets. Actually puddles on dinner plates splashed my wife when removed from cabinet Patio is black and turned our feet black Neighbor smoked cigars Hall bathroom door wouldn’t stay open Hall bedroom door stuck badly I doubt floors were mopped before our arrival Seems to me you need to take a proactive approach to inspecting units after each rental. Overall a D rating. Sorry 108B Crystal Sands John FITZWATER FYI This was our fourth stay over past 10 years. We love the place and expected more.

Darling of a unit at Destin
The unit we had was on the ground floor and the beach was only steps away. The bed was very comfortable although a little high off the floor for seniors. Kitchen fully stocked for a longer stay, we only were there for 2 days. Very clean and fresh. The only problem was with the TV in the living room that was difficult to operate, in fact we had no connection after the 1st time the manager help us get it turned on and working. Didn’t mind since the beach and the water were spectacular. Would definitely return

All in all, good experience. Had trouble with key lock upon arrival, but was resolved in timely manner. Unit could use some updating, but clean and comfortable. Great location with beach convenience. Great service on umbrellas and chairs included in price.

We cooked each night, able to do laundry in the comfort of the home (great when you have little kids), and we could sit on the porch while our kid slept and didn’t miss out on the views/ocean. The condo was in a great spot in the bottom floor. Walk right out to beach. Very Clean and comfy king bed. Could have used a few more kitchen gadgets and needed a pizza pan. Also needs more kitchen towels and coffee filters would have been nice. Overall great time
