KITCHEN: The main kitchen is on the first floor and is fully equipped for everything needed to make meals for large groups. Kitchen includes: Stove/ oven, Refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, traditional coffee maker & Keurig, toaster, blender, wine opener, as well as all the normal utensils and cookware.

DINING AREA: The dining room has a large 8-9 seater coastal table + a kitchen bar that sits 2.

LIVING ROOM: Features (2) New recliner sofas, coastal coffee table, and a large TV.

BEDROOM 1 + BATHROOM 1: King Bed, night stand, dresser and a private bath with a walk-in shower + a separate soaking tub.

Nice property with a great community pool. Short walk to the beach. However, if driving there is no where to park. A great deal of the close beach access is also “private” which was kind of a pain. All in all a great place to stay though.

Our immediate and extended family were in Destin for a wedding and we all wanted to stay together. This house held the 10 of us very comfortably! The house was clean and full of amenities. Check in and check out were hassle free!

Parents' Anniversary
The house was beautiful, very clean and in a great location. We visit Destin every year to celebrate my parents' anniversary. I wanted to invite my Dad's 2 sisters this time so we decided on a larger house. This house was perfect! There was more than enough room for our family and so close to everything we planned to do. We hope to visit again very soon.

Overall a very well-equipped house. I do wish there was more seating for meals. The house sleeps 16, but it doesn’t seat 16 for meals.

Great house in a great location. Walking distance to beach and restaurants and stores. The house is stocked with most things you need to start. Just make sure you bring trash bags, beach towels and laundry detergent, toilet paper so you don’t have to buy there. We would stay there again.

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean and very roomy! Two families stayed, family of 5 and 6 and we all fit nicely. Community pool was great and close to the house. Beach access was 3 blocks away, but we still used the shuttle with temps so high. Property has beach chairs and wagon, but no toys. So bring your own toys if you have little ones. Kitchen was a bit small, but fully equipped. Everything was comfortable and operable! Great stay!

Great house!
Very well appointed house with everything we needed for a great birthday weekend. We did not go to the beach because it was January, so I cannot speak to the convenience of that. Location was wonderful, and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. If I had to nitpick a wonderful house, I would want a gathering room large enough to accommodate everyone comfortably.

Fantastic Family Beach house
We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the house was! We had a large goup. 8 adults and 7 children ranging in ages 17 months to 10 years old. With that many children one would think it would be noisy but the layout of the house was wonderful and it was quiet! Even though there were plenty of beds for all of us the kids loved having a pull out couch in the second floor living room to watch movies at night! We immediately felt at home!! The communication with the owners was very prompt and they are so kind. We arrived early by about an hour and our young son had to use the bathroom. The owners allowed us to check in early so that he could use the bathroom. We were so grateful! The house is a short walk to the beach and there are plenty of shops close by. A perfect family beach getaway!

Girls Trip
We loved everything about this house. The pool access was right across the street. The house provided everything we needed (games, dominos, cards, beach chairs, wagon) so we didn't have to purchase anything outside of food. The first level had a king bed and a nice bathroom walk-in shower. This is a 3-level house with the washer and dryer located on the 2nd level along with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and a couch on the 2nd level turned into a bed in the sitting area. The third level had 3 bedrooms with one room that had a bunk bed. So there was plenty of sleeping space for all 11 people that stayed. The parking was right in front of the house. The atmosphere was awesome and friendly. I would definitely stay again. I give this a 5 Star!!!!

Great Place to Stay for a Big Group!
This is the second time we have stayed in this community. We love the pool, it's not too far of a walk to the beach. The house was spacious enough for our group of 14. A couple of downsides... parking is a problem throughout the whole community not just the house, the beds, especially on the third floor were not very comfy and squeak a lot! Kitchen is very small to work with. Plus side.. owner had a nice wagon to take things to the beach and lots of beach accessories.

Nice house, not so nice location
Overall the house was very nice, spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area was very nice as well. We did have some issues including: - email instructions states beach shuttle/tram runs every 15 mins to/from the pool… this is not correct- there is a phone number you must call and they will pick you up from your address- they run 10-4:30 with lunch 12-1… I highly recommend you update this information in your welcome email. - Beach access is NOT Beracuda - yes there is a walkway there but I do NOT recommend anyone use it as you will be immediately chased down by the umbrella/chair guys who will treat you as peasants and inform you this is private beach access and your area is down 200+ yards at Pompano… the Pompano area has 2 roped off areas for public beach access which is in between 2 additional large Private Beach areas that again you may not use… so unless you want to be on top of everyone in this extremely small, crowded Roped area you will have to drive your vehicle to another area (where I have no idea where as we never found any near by) It may have been helpful if either you offer an umbrella and 2 chairs in one of the 3 private beach areas or possibly a golf cart for use to travel farther along the beach (but you do not allow a cart even though they were all throughout the neighborhood our entire stay)…we will not be returning because of these reasons.

Memorial Day Beach Vacation
My family and I visited Sea Therapy in Destin for our annual vacation. The booking process with Donna was seamless and the property is in a perfect spot to go to the beach and other great Destin attractions. The property also looks exactly as listed. We had an issue with maintenance that the manager responded to quickly, but did not resolve due to the need to order a part. Additionally, we had issues with the stove not heating completely when we cooked each day. However, we were able to work around each issue. One word of caution-the listing says they have capacity for three cars at the home and other parking at other places on the property. We were able to park 4 cars without being on either the sidewalk or the street. However, we were awakened by a tow truck on our first night there towing one of our vehicles because we were advised that each property was only allowed to have three cars actually at the house regardless of size. We were not aware of the mandatory towing so that was an unpleasant surprise. Overall, our experience was generally positive and we would consider this property again.

Good and bad…
Our stay was a mixed bag. First, the positives: -large and spacious -comfortable beds -kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook -well stocked with cleaning supplies and just everything you need to walk in and get settled. -located very close to the pool -10 minute walk from the beach -jacuzzi is great Negatives -We had the second floor shower leak down into the kitchen. They took 24 hours to come out and fix…they caulked shower. It was frustrating because the person told us this is the fourth time they have “fixed” this. Nothing was done about the water in the light/kitchen ceiling—makes me wonder what is behind it after multiple leaks -Gate-we could not get in through the South Gate to the property throughout our stay. It either was broke or they weren’t giving us the right code. -We found a cockroach in the unit. -The grill was apparently so filthy dirty from prior use, we had a giant grease fire like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Our dinner was ruined and we had to use the fire extinguisher to stop the fire. -Pool-advertised as a heated pool. This is not entirely true. We talked to a resident there and she said it is heated Thanksgiving week, Christmas Week, and one other time. We arrived Saturday and the pool was cold until Tuesday. That was extremely disappointing.

Villages of Crystal Beach has changed. Home we stayed in was nice but floors were filthy. Tub in master suite looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile also. I hope my cleaning fee will be put to good use. We have stayed at V of CB for 2 other stays and know the rules. My son arrived last and had just finished unloading his car and 7 month old and was in the house maybe 3 minutes waiting for my husband to get his keys so they could go park his car out of the complex because ALL overflow parking was full. As we were walking out the door they were towing his car because we had 4 cars in the driveway. Mind u we know the rules 3 cars but 3 minute. Absolutely ridiculous. We were able to stop the tow truck driver around the bend who absolutely would not listen to us. It cost us $65 to have him give it back. Very very ignorant driver. I know everyone has a job to do but he said someone from the HOA had called and said the car was there all day. Impossible. My son didn’t get there until about 15 minutes before this happened. I get that we had 4 cars but knock on the door and tell us once to move it and we would have told you we were. I must say when I called our property manager she was upset also and tried calling the towing company too. Rules are rules I get that but again 3 minutes??? If you are going to be enforcing the rules then what about the loud music at the pool that no one wanted to listen to but were subjected to it because that group was playing it. And the young drunks that were screaming and fighting next door past midnight. Finally if u are going to rent a 6 bedroom home and have 16 people coming from Saint Louis you are not going to be able to have only 3 cars but you only have about 15 or so overflow parking spots and I know for a fact that people using the overflow for houses that have less than 5/6 bedrooms. Maybe set up reserved spots for the larger homes or increase space somewhere for more overflow. But again very very disappointed and I don’t expect to return for our family vacation again. Villages of Crystal Beach is no longer the quiet respectful gated community that it once was. Sad.

Seaside Therapy Was Mostly Good Therapy, But Not Property Mgt
Overall we enjoyed our family stay in the house. The house was pretty well situated to accommodate our 12 person family (not sure how you accommodate the 16 that is advertised), There were a couple of significant problems in the house. Given the situation with the resurgent virus, we decided to eat all our meals in the house. The house was well stocked with kitchen items and appliances. A variety of nearby shopping enabled us to stock the house with the food items and supplies that we needed for the week. Although the kitchen and dining area was small, we were able to prepare dinners and eat together. The only negative was the kitchen refrigerator didn't make ice; however, the small refrigerator on the second floor did. We used the gas BBQ for several dinners. The seating around the large TV on the first floor accommodated a lot of people, and the upstairs TV area gave the kids a separate place to play. Although in response to an inquiry to the Property Management, we were told there was no beach items at the house, it turns out there were several beach chairs, a beach umbrella, water boards and a trunk full of beach toys. The house is situated almost directly across from the community pool, which made it easily accessible to the kids. The beach is a solid15 minute walk from the Community, but there is a Community Van which ran continuously, 10 am - 12 pm and 1 - 5 pm daily, to the drop-off point across from the beach access. Upon arrival at the house, we discovered a small, handwritten note from Property Management, that advised us to not use the third floor shower. Apparently there was a leak that caused water to flow down on the second floor ceiling. Upon observation it was apparent that this leak had not just occurred. There were dark stains at both the second floor hallway ceiling and above the second floor shower. To us it appeared as mold, although Property Management said that it was just mildew. Although the third floor bathroom was usable, this still left us with having two showers for 12 people. Upon finding the note I attempted to contact Property Management on Saturday, but only could reach them later on Sunday. Given that this was a known problem, we thought we should have been informed ahead of time. We were told that they didn't want to ruin our vacation, and have offered compensation in lieu of the inconvenience. Although this compensation was promised, a month later it still has not been received.
