***Waterview Towers is located on quiet Holiday Isle. Waterview has a private sand beach but you can't access the Gulf in front of the resort because a seawall with rocks. Public beach access is a short walk away with 2 access points. To the right of the resort on Destin Pointe or to the left towards the jetties. This areas are setup for for guests to swim in the Gulf.***

Pool is heated from March 10-May 1 and October 1- Monday after Thanksgiving

PERFECTION
This condo was everything the photos and description described, and WAY more! We had the most perfect view whether we were sitting inside in the air conditioning, or enjoying coffee on one of the beautiful private balconies. We walked to the beaches, enjoyed sunsets on the beach downstairs, and met very friendly residents on the property, who made us feel so very welcome. The condo itself is very well appointed, very quiet and private, and offers the absolutely perfect spot to view the vintage air show and fireworks on Thursdays during the summer season. We can’t say enough good things about this place-perfection sums it up on every level, including ease of checkin and communication with Chris. This place is a gem!

The view was amazing!! Condo was very spacious and clean,with comfortable seating and bedding. We have been visiting this area for years and this has been one of our favorite condos. Kitchen was well stocked. We had a small issue with television. The property management responded promptly and were very helpful and friendly. We all agreed we would definitely stay here again.

This penthouse has the most spectacular views of the bay! It is simply breath taking! We were blown away by the views of the water. We saw pelicans doing above the roof. We saw dolphins. It was a beautiful site! The unit is very large and clean. Very nicely equipped kitchen. We would recommend it and will perhaps stay again.

The Perfect Place to Relax
Very comfortable beds and furniture. You can relax and watch marine life (ie. Sea Turtles, Dolphin, bait fish, Birds) from the comfort of your terrace. If the weather isn't perfect you have all the entertainment in front of you without leaving your condominium. Very conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc. We will certainly return to this unit next year.

Perfect place!
Beautiful, clean condo overlooking the gulf. The balcony was a great place to watch boats and the occasional sea turtle or dolphin! It’s a quick drive to a variety of restaurants and activities or an easy walk to the beach. Nice pool and hot tub as well. The kitchen was well equipped to prepare home cooked meals. Highly recommend this property!

So, our overall experience was great. The listing was as specified and the view was great. This was our 3rd year going to Destin for our family vacation and each year we have stayed somewhere different. This was by far the best VRBO property we stayed at so far and will definitely try to stay here again, if its available. We had a couple minor issues when we arrived but the property manager and owner were quick to get people out to have repairs made. Would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a really nice place for a resonable cost. Well worth the money.

Spectacular view!!
I don’t think you can get a better view! Spent every night on the balcony & viewed the amazing sunsets! How I miss that! Condo was spacious & Clean with a washer/dryer in unit. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, cups & utensils. It’s a quiet building & area in general. The water taxi was $8.00 a person to literally take you on a 30 sec trip one way to the boardwalk. It was a bit of a walk to get there too. Took us longer to get to water taxi then the taxi ride. Lol. Uber is definitely cheaper. There is a nearby beach within walking distance. If you need low wave activity it’s the beach for you. We have older kids who wanted to do boogie boarding so we had to drive to other beaches to get that. There are jetties in the opposite direction as well. We did not experience those so no comment. Parking was easy. Never had a issue finding a spot. They have a pool & hot tub with a little beach in front but no easy access to the ocean. The boardwalk, restaurants & other activities are a close car ride away. We had a low amount of towels upon check in. I called the office & it was rectified promptly. I guess the count was not done prior to check in. My only advice to make the stay perfect would be higher quality sheets, they were just above hospital grade, & with a family of 6 for over a week two trash bags just was not enough. 1-2 more bags would have sufficed. The balcony floor is also in need of repair. All in all we would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay, unit was fully equipped and beautiful. Only issue was a broken toilet in master bath, but was repaired immediately. And beach wasn't as easy to walk to, but condo accommodations made up for it. Would definitely return

Broke furniture and appliances.
The double queen bed base is missing bolts, it fell apart when my 2yr old kids got on it. The ceiling fan in double queen bed room was very loose, the blade were very close to hitting ceiling when turned on. Garbage disposal kitchen sink did not work, clogs a lot. Master bathroom toilet was not secured to floor properly. Master bathroom tub shower wand does not work. Various other little things broken. Rooms were dirty found belongings from last guest under beds. Wash the sheets because they had stains from last guest, that came out when we washed them. Seems like they don’t clean the condo after guest.

POSITIVES: The condo was beautiful. It was nice and clean. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking and serving. Everything was nicely decorated. The view was incredible, walk to the beach wasn't bad. Building was very quiet. NEGATIVES: The master bed was hard as a rock. The sheets in the bedrooms were very cheap, scratchy, and stiff. It made sleeping very unrestful. I contacted the manager requesting better quality sheets and the first response I received was that they had never heard this before, and offered no solution. When I answered back asking if there was nothing they would do to resolve this, I was told I could go buy reasonably priced sheets and they would reimburse me. The toilet in the master bathroom is not securely set. It wiggles and moves around. We could not get the whirlpool tub to work. There was a piece missing off of it, so I'm not sure if that's what we needed to turn it on. I contacted the manager asking for instructions and received no response. That was very disappointing. The hot tub at the building was not hot, so it was not working properly either. It was the same temperature as the pool. The bathtub and the hot tub not working were a big negative for us as they are on our must have list when looking for a rental. So, if I had known they weren't usable, I would have found another property.

Perfect family getaway
We absolutely loved staying here. The location was excellent. There is a Target and Winn-Dixie right up the road to get groceries. We used the balcony everyday for different meals and daily dolphin watching. The boats go in and out from the Harborwalk which made for never ending things to watch. The views were incredible. Everyone we met in the building was extremely nice. There are two beaches within walking distance that have water access. Quiet area with not a lot of traffic. We will definitely be going back to this specific place - we fell in love with it!

Gorgeous property!
This place is spectacular! The location is perfect for incredible views of the jetties complete with lots of dolphins, birds, and the emerald water views. Beautiful sunset views. We did deal with days of loud balcony construction on the condo below but thankfully, the weather was nice and we left to enjoy Destin's beaches each day. The property was beautifully designed, decorated, and furnished and provided plenty of high quality, comfortable seating for everyone. Bring or buy your own chairs for the condo's beach. Highly recommend this beauty; hoping to return!
