Pelican was a great place to stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable the amenities with three pools, great bar drinks and excellent cafe food. This was very centrally located to all the fun adventures!

Right in the middle of Destin.
The condo was clean, our balcony had a view of the Gulf and two pools down below. My 6 year old really enjoyed the inside/outside pool.The Cafe and bar was convenient and priced well. Over all a good stay.

This property is perfectly located in the heart of Dustin near anything you could want - shopping, restaurants, seafood to go, fun for kids, etc. We loved being located directly on the beach. The condo was great for a quick getaway - we will definitely return.

Paradise on Earth
Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Pelican Beach resort and our condo. Beach is incredible, white soft sand, emerald water (we could see the fish swimming around our feet), calm waters! I am used to Virginia Beach which is much rougher. Loved the Tiki Bar and the convenience. We will be back! See you soon!

Great stay
My husband, son of 12 years and I stayed here and had a great time. Beach view from the balcony is beautiful. Location to activities and restaurants is perfect. The unit is clean and well equipped. The beds are comfortable. Then owner was extremely helpful. We will stay here again when in this area.
