Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family get away.
The condo is on 7th floor overlooking the beach. Beautiful views. Would recommend this property. It had plenty of room for over family. Master bedroom and bathroom were was beautiful with views of the beach

We would rent this condo again!
The size and layout of this condo was perfect and the views were great! We loved that the guest room beds were queens and not twins and each bedroom had its own bathroom which was nice. I'm not sure 10 people would do well here. Access to the beach was great. If you're cooking you definitely need more supplies and we didn't find any potholders. Otherwise it was a great trip!

Loved this place and the spectacular view of the turquoise blue water and Destin beach. It was like being on a tropical beach while never leaving the U.S. The place was beautiful and fully functional. We had a wonderful time and plan to be back soon.

Jade towers was excellent! Super clean grounds-easy access to the beach. Condo needs a few cosmetic fixes-kitchen trash can drawer needs replaced. Bottom drawer in frig is broken-beyond that our stay was excellent!

We had a fantastic family vacation at this beachfront condo! The location couldn't be better, providing easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The condo was clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze. Traveling with our children and grandchildren, we found the condo to have everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of skillets, although a few more pots would have been helpful for cooking larger meals. One of the highlights was the excellent security. The locked gates both at the entrance and at the beach gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The only downside was the slow internet. It's unclear whether this was an issue with the condo or the property itself. Additionally, AT&T service was spotty inside the condo and even worse on the beach. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely consider returning for another stay!

Awesome stay
This property was just as nice as the pictures. Great views of the ocean and plenty of space for everyone. The only improvement suggestion I would have would be to consider a new bed for the master. The one that is currently there is very soft and doesn't provide much support. Everything else about this property is fantastic and I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Girls Trip
We had all the basics and plenty of room for 4 adults. Master bedroom shower, while massive and impressive with multipe shower heads, did have mildew/mold on the ceiling. It looked as if work had been done but did not solve the situation. Second bedroom with 2 queen beds was a tight fit without easy access to the closet. The second queen bed was butted up against the closet doors. The balcony was good, and we enjoyed the views in spite of rain and wind most of the trip. Check in and check out was simple. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this property.

We had a great stay. Location was perfect. View beautiful, easy and close beach access . Pool nice and warm. Condo clean and astatically pretty. We had a few issues during our month's stay. Some were attended to quickly, others took a few days. Communication to renters when they arrived could be improved: example ice and water lines in refrig not working, instructions on how to use two remotes would be useful. Dishwasher noisy and instructions needed. Ice maker in bar also very noisy. Between ice maker and dishwasher something was singing all the time. Bed in bedroom #2 has a broken bed...needs to be replaced. Management was helpful and for the most part answered issues as best she could. Overall would rate our stay a 7 due to the numerous issues. On the positive parking is ample and easy...allowing more than 2 parking passes is needed for multiple families staying together.

A Beautiful Vacation Experience
When we arrived, we found the condo to be very attractive and clean. The view of the beach was stunning-the angled windows permitted sunrise and sunset views. The balcony was cozy and a wonderful place to enjoy breakfast overlooking the gorgeous water and the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and convenient to the beach, pool, hot tub, and fitness center via a quick elevator ride. Beach chairs and umbrella came with the condo rental. There were LOTS of clean towels-enough for several changes for three guests. The location on highway 98 is convenient to everything-a short ride to restaurants and great shopping. The kitchen had great small appliances including an electric coffee pot, a keurig style coffee maker, a toaster, and a blender. There is an ice maker in the living room area. Vacasa kept me fully informed with reminders, providing entry codes and other information via e-mail as the arrival day approached. On the day of travel, mode of communication switched to text, assuming I was traveling and could hear the text being read in my vehicle. That was very impressive. When we arrived, the weather was warm and the condo air-conditioning kept us comfortable. There was a significant and sudden change in weather to very cold and the system seamlessly changed to heat keeping us comfortable the entire time. The only issues that have also appeared in other reviews that kept this review from being a 5 are: not all electric outlets hold plugs, particularly in the master bedroom. I was unable to use a CPAP machine for this reason. This is an issue that should be addressed immediately. The tub in the smallest bedroom does not drain properly and one guest had to use another guest's shower. The dishwasher door needs a spring to prevent it from dropping quickly. I would also recommend grab bars in each shower/tub. I will be watching future reviews to see if these issues have been addressed and , if they have, I would most certainly rent this condo again in the future.

It was as advertised but…
The building has roaches. We killed 5 during our 3 day stay. No blow dryer. A coffee pot but no coffee, the front door didn’t lock and the AC broke during our stay. The property manager went and bought us a blow dryer and brought it over for us even though the listing didn’t advertise one. I’m coming back the first week in December but I’m not staying at a Vacasa property.

Great place to stay
We loved the condo as well looked over the beach and we were on the corner and could see the sun rise every morning. We saw dolphins every morning, what a gorgeous view. The condo was spacious enough for 5 adults and 2 children.
