Fabulous 11th floor condo with direct ocean views! The balcony just off the living room is a perfect place to catch sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. The resort sits on the sand and is in the heart of Destin! Situated near great shopping, restaurants, and Destin's harbor you can access all that makes Destin a favorite beach get-away! Don't miss all that this condo has to offer!

* Additional seasonal amenities include an outdoor splash pad, on-site restaurant The Pelican's Roost, an outdoor tiki bar (open seasonally) as well as beach chair and umbrella rentals (fee for rentals).
Note: There will be construction on site until mid July 2024. Due to this, pricing for summer is reduced. There may be intermittent noise at times during the day. This work will be on each side of the building (our unit is toward the middle and it will not affect our unit). It will entail repairs to the trash shoots on each end of the complex, upgrading windows and doors, and fresh paint. The outdoor pool will remain closed during this time but the indoor pool will be open as will the outdoor hot tub and splash pad.

Wonderful Stay!
This condo is the perfect getaway for a girls trip! The location is amazing considering it is just steps from the beach. The view from our 11th floor balcony was breathtaking. The unit was super clean and smelled wonderful. I was very impressed with my stay!

Perfect get away
We stayed here for our baby moon! It was a perfect get away, very relaxing! They had construction going on the outside pool so it was unable to be used but we were right on the beach so we couldn’t complain!! Would stay here again!

The building was easy to find and unit was clean. It looked just like the pictures. We had a great view of the beach, great restaurants near by, and a lot of attractions right outside I’ll recommend to anyone who wants a couples getaway. Julie was great and quick to reply.

Very nice and clean place. Only two things that could be better. Having a couple of area rugs, especially in bedroom to wipe sand off feet before climbing into bed. Love seat could use a little cleaning.

Great location both within the city and right on the beach. The building is not in great shape and bit older. The condo itself is not fancy, but it is a beach condo. The daily chair/umbrella rental is expensive and they don't allow you to bring your own umbrella. While it says it sleeps 4 people, the couch sleeper is not comfortable at all. The mattress is in desperate need of replacement. My teenager slept on it and he was in pain every night. We had to lay down pillows and whatever we could find to cushion it. Otherwise, the kitchen is recently renovated and you have almost everything you need for a short stay.

The condo is beautiful and well maintained. The view from the balcony was perfect. And the owners who I messaged asking for a blanket and a keurig coffee pot (that was said to be there) delivered both within a few hours. The keurig was not so important as was me letting them know it wasn’t there when we got there. They were so helpful before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property/unit.

Beautiful Stay
This property is beyond beautiful and peaceful. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway this is it. The location of this property is convenient and is close to pretty much everything you’ll need for a pleasant stay. Though it’s a beautiful property there’s a few small things that could be improved like replacing some of the loose door handles, and fixing the closet door. The cell service in the building is terrible so we were expecting the WiFi to work but it was pretty much non-existent for the entire stay which was a bummer. Though I would highly recommend this property if your really looking to detached from reality and looking for relaxation. :)

We come to Destin every year. This was our first time staying at Sundestin. The area was nice
We enjoyed the direct ocean front room and also the location in general was very convenient! The condo was super clean and seemed updated but the building itself was older and not a 5 star building. The pool and on-site lunch spot was also not the best . The condo had a very strange smell when you enter . Good for a weekend trip!

The condo is decent, but the host (Julie) is great! We probably will not stay here again because it's just too small for our family. This property is a bit on the small end. The online listing is 100% accurate, but my husband and my boys are too big for this unit. It would be wonderful for just a couple because it's super cozy. It would also be nice for a couple with only one small child. There just was not enough space and my hubby felt closed-in. Pros: This unit is well maintained because the kitchen is updated, the floors are nice, and the television was a huge hit with my teens! The unit was not cluttered. I loved that; just the necessities. Cons: The sofa and loveseat are a mess. So, take chair covers if you're a "germ-a-phob" like me. The unit itself is a little small; especially the bathrooms. The "motel-like" curtains in the bedroom was annoying because the air conditioner blows them and you feel like people can see you and your hubby. That window is in a high traffic area, so it really should be some blinds on that window. One review mentioned the door NOT locking. That was both true and false. The door locked, but the deadbolt lock did not work if you wanted/needed that added security. Well, I needed it, so maintenance fixed that while we were there. So, that problem has been solved! I give this unit 4 out of 5 stars, but there is potential for 5 if a few changes are made. Thank you Julie!
