About Destin Towers
Destin Towers is everything you are looking for in Destin. There are only 3 condos per floor (45 total condos in the complex) in this gated community which creates a less crowded beach experience. This 2BR/2BA was remodeled in January 2020! Located over the pool and hot tub, the complex is loaded with the extras....2 grills for your cookout and a tennis court (bring your own rackets and tennis balls). Destin Towers is right across the street from Big Kahuna s Water Park. It s also walking distance to Dunkin Donuts and a Fish Market (grill comes in here).

Fabulous!
This condo is right on the beach and the beach is gorgeous! The condo was clean, comfortable and convenient to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning and watching the dolphins play in the surf. This was our first trip to Destin but certainly not our last.

Love that it has its own designated parking with cover. Love that it is with gate codes and door codes for safety and easy access. The place was clean and the bed was really comfortable . Access tot he pool and beach was really easy. Enjoyed the view and the time just staying within the property. Highly recommend This place .

Great summer Destin getaway with the family.
Total 5 star experience with a great condo located in a perfect centralized location to shopping, dining and a private beach that was much less crowded than many of the neighboring condo’s complexes. We will be saving this for future visits!

Awesome Condo on Destin Beach
We loved our stay at Destin Towers in this 5th floor condo! The furniture and decor were very nice with leather sofa & leather reclining chairs, wonderful kitchen, comfortable beds, nice upgraded bathrooms and awesome balcony view! We vacation in Destin every year and definitely recommend this place! The covered parking is a big plus. We will definitely book this place again and highly recommend to others!

Amazing Condo!
This condo is amazing! It is super spacious and every detail was taken into consideration. It is great for traveling with a family. The decor and furnishings were top notch! Location, location, location...it is right on the beach with an amazing balcony view. The beach was very nice and not crowded for our stay in May. The beds were very comfortable and the curtains were amazing to really help get a restful nights sleep. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make you feel like you are at home. The owner is amazing and is very fast to reply if needed. We will for sure be staying here again. If you are looking for a very nice, beach front condo look no further..this is the one for you!!

Quiet, clean, and just what we needed! My husband and I went for quick long weekend trip and stayed here. The condo had everything we needed. Smelled fresh and clean. Linens were nice. Elevator was quick and the beach was just what you’d expect! Close to everything. We lucked out with perfect weather too! Would stay again!

Perfect spot for a family vacation
We absolutely loved our condo! The property manager,Chris, was super attentive and helped us with everything we needed. If I could make a couple of recommendations that would make this condo even better, it would be to provide a highchair and a pack n play just because those items take up so much trunk space when traveling. No complaints though! Will definitely book again. Looooved the big balcony!!

A Touch of Heaven
This was a beautiful condo with all the comforts of home. We called the owner in a panic when we couldn't get the door code to work. Chris was available, responsive, very pleasant and guided me through the keypad. The online photos are great, but you can't quite tell how beautiful it is until you are there. The beach and the pool were gorgeous, relaxing and just steps away from our room. The cabana crew were amazing and very attentive. This was exactly what our family needed. I highly recommend it for you and yours!

We had a phenomenal experience. We had a group of five. The property is centrally located which gave us quick access to restaurants. The pool and hot tub were nice. The view from our room was the reason we loved this trip. We slept with the sliding glass door open to listen to the waves. Great experience for our family. The condo we booked was under construction. The host was very gracious to call us several days ahead and give the choice of another condo in Ft Walton Beach. If VRBO was on the ball, you would be aware of that. We were pleased with our stay be was not at the condo that are asking about.

Relaxing, clean, and spacious
This unit is a superb option for your stay in Destin. Here was our experience: - I booked a trip for my family to have a quick getaway in another city. The unit is centrally located in Destin and easy to get to from the airport. The unit was immaculately clean and had all the advertised features. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools we needed to make meals, enjoy coffee, and eat ice cream. - The pool, hot tub, and grill area are all nice, though we didn't use them. - The unit is spacious. The photos don't do that justice. The bedroom with two full beds would be great for a bunch of kids. The master bedroom is super comfortable and has a nice attached bathroom. The laundry worked well and it was nice to come home with clean clothes. The kitchen and common area uses an open floor plan that makes it easy to have lots of people comfortably hanging out together. We enjoyed watching football on the nice TV. - The kitchen is nice and great for cooking meals. - The beach is great. We enjoyed some walks outside the unit. - Nice view. Overall, booking this unit for a family trip is a no brainer. It has the bedrooms and space to accommodate a group. We'll be back!

05/19/2023 Condo is beautiful, clean, and furnished with everything as advertised. It has beachfront access. Chris was available every time I called. This is condo # 51 and the owners of condo # 61 (directly above) were horrible. Chris did everything in his power to assist, HOWEVER, these condos are managed by different companies so he was limited in how much he could do. We smelled burning marijuana daily coming from above. Smoke billowing from above and into #51 if the balcony door was left open. The owner was “fixing a vanity at 4:30 AM and having the carpets professionally cleaned at 10:30 PM. I don’t know what else, but there were continuous construction noises like hammering, slamming, and dragging of items at all hours. Chris contacted her multiple times about hammering and about dragging items across the floor. It sounded like a construction site. While I was drinking coffee at 6:00 AM, someone urinated from above. It landed on the balcony railing a couple of feet from me. Building maintenance came and cleaned it up. When he arrived, he said, “I thought maybe someone may have spilled some orange juice, but that definitely looks like urine.” He also said they really couldn’t restrict marijuana smoking because “they might have a marijuana card.” He did not know if they specifically did or not. Chris and the maintenance men went to condo #61 multiple times. They also contacted the homeowner association for the building. We spent as much time as possible on the beach to avoid the noise. We enjoyed Destin, but for what we paid for condo # 51 it should have been better. The totality of everything made it hard to spend time with my son after graduating high school, turning 18, and before leaving for basic training.

Beautiful view, easy living!
We sure enjoyed this beautiful unit. The living/dining room and master bed and bathroom are amazing. They open up to a balcony with a fantastic view. We watched dolphins playing and swimming, pelicans, terns, boats, families playing on the beach, the sunset, and sunrise, thunderstorms, clouds. The unit is easy to keep clean, has a very well stocked kitchen, and a great, convenient washer and dryer. I like that it is a little smaller building than many of them in Destin, so we never had to wait for elevators. Nice and easy access to a great beach, the sand is incredible and you can walk for miles along the beach. Pool was small but very comfortable and clean and maintained very nicely. You can walk to a Dunkin for coffee and to a fish market that will steam your shrimp for you. The Winn-Dixie is a slightly longer walk but less than a mile. We had a great stay with 3 generations.
