Experience the epitome of luxury in this stunning and recently renovated upscale residence nestled within the exclusive Holiday Isle community. Meticulously maintained, this enchanting waterfront home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and is strategically positioned just one tier away from the Gulf.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Resort Details (including location and amenities):

Proximity to renowned restaurants, such as the Crab Trap and Boshamps, entertainment hubs like Destin Commons and HarborWalk Village, grocery stores, and more.

There is a private beach access gate (a key will be provided for your stay). Our private access gate is 2 blocks away (less than a 5-minute walk)!

Personal umbrellas, tents, and canopies are allowed on the beach. For a fee, there is beach service that will provide chair and umbrella rentals.

A cozy electric fireplace in the living room adds warmth and charm, providing an ideal spot for reading or relaxation.

The spacious kitchen, adorned with custom cabinetry and designer white Samsung appliances, is perfect for holiday family gatherings.

Upstairs, two luxurious bedrooms, including one master suite opening to the canal front balcony with peeks of the Gulf Shore.

Downstairs: has a full second living room area with a stylish wet bar. As well as 2 large bedrooms with Jack and Jill bathrooms. One bedroom opening to the canal facing patio and sandy beach backyard.

There is a backyard with grass and a white sandy beach area.

Laundry Convenience: Washer and Dryer inside the unit for guest use.

Parking:

Guests have access to ample parking using the one long driveway, accommodating 2-3 cars. No street parking allowed. Guests do not have access to the garage.

The HOA for this community does not allow parking of any trailers in the driveway. This will result in a $100 fine per day. For a fee, Destin Boat Trailer storage can store your trailer.

Other details to note:

Trash days are every Tuesday and Friday. Please make sure you:
1) Bring the trash can to the street the night before;
2) Return the trash bin back inside after pickup occurs.

If the light is out on the thermostat, a sliding glass door is open/ajar. For the AC to function, all sliders and windows must be closed.

There's electric BBQ grill on the upper deck!

You can dock your boat at our property’s private boat dock. There are a couple of options to launch your boat nearby - Joe's Bayou Boat Ramp or Destin Marina.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Beautiful place, loved the dock.
This place looks like it was just renovated. It’s bigger than I thought. It’s a beautiful place and having a place to dock our boat was very convenient. I’d rent it again.
