Great get-away place
Loved how close we were to the beach and the included chair service. Easy walk to the beach and close drive to anywhere else you wanted to go. Would definitely stay here again.

We love SPC!
We love staying at SPC. Being close to the beach and a pool is the best part. The place is nice and fairly clean. I would suggest a deep cleaning but that's just me and I'm a clean freak. It's better than any hotels we have stayed at in the area!

This little apartment was perfect for our week stay in Destin. It was located centrally to everything you need, the beach was a 3 minute walk across the street, the staff was friendly and there are many restaurants near by romxjooae from.

Great low-key spot for those who need some time at the beach. Great location and nice amenities for brief and longer stays. Wi-Fi went in and out a few times, but other than that, perfect.

This property was super clean and very well stocked. Our front door faced the fence along Gulf Shore Drive and noise was not noticeable. The comped beach chair service was awesome!

This is our second time staying here and we have had no issues both times. Short walk to the beach. Great restaurant in complex. Very clean. Able to do late check out which allowed us to spend another day at the beach.

Loved the beach access, very quiet area. I’ll probably get a bigger option next time but definitely recommend this place for stays. It does have a washer and dry but not in the unit its shared. Only thing i didnt like was the way the room smelt not sure if it was the cleaning supplies that they use or if thats just the way it smells. Maybe adding air fresheners would help.

We loved how it was furnished. Bed was a bit hard for our taste but it was only for two nights. May come back to the area but will want one on the bottom floor.
