**Renovated** - Freshly painted, new Smart TVs, new furniture, new tile in Bedroom and beautifully decorated in a casual Coastal decor. Free Beach Service during Season and High speed Internet Service**

Features include granite counters, 18' tile on the diagonal in kitchen, living room and dining area, and a tiled backsplash. This unit features crown molding throughout, designer window treatments and comforters, shower curtains, pillows and gorgeous art work. The large living area is centered around an elegant sofa and chair and beautiful accent pieces of furniture. There is a 60 inch Smart TV in the living room and a 40 inch smart tv in the bedroom!

The Master Bedroom is very classy with designer colors, a master bath with jetted tub and designer granite counters. For your convenience, there is a secondary half bath with a granite counter top. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience.

The view.....the view is 'to die for'. You can see the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico anywhere in the living room and kitchen....or you can relax on the balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view sipping your wine or drinking coffee!

The complex is smoke free everywhere, including the beach.

Great location, right on the beach. Condo comes fully equipped, also 2 beach chairs and umbrella on the beach. Very nice area with great restaurants close bye, Destin harborwalk and Destin Commens shopping district. We had a wonderful time and will be back.

Property was close to shopping and great restaurants. It was nice having beach service for the first few days we were there (season ended Oct 31). Very beautiful view! Not all guests are considerate of the quiet hours, but that isn’t reflected on the property owners. Sounded like a herd of elephants was above us until around midnight, then they quieted down. We still enjoyed the trip, we just go to bed around 10ish. Property was nice and stocked for what we needed. Owner was easy to contact and receptive to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo was amazing!! It was very clean. We will definitely stay here for now on. The view was amazing and it is right on the beach. I love that the chairs and umbrellas come with the rentals. You do have to get up every morning early and go mark your chairs as it is first come first serve but that was not a big deal. The bed could be a bit more comfortable it was a bit hard and the sofa bed was worse. Other then that this is a great place to stay.

The condo was as described, however, nothing can be totally perfect. I don’t want to sound picky, but really need to check out the bedskirt it needs to be replaced or sewn. And need more shower hooks, some were missing. Anyone staying definitely needs to bring their own kitchen towels, there was one. No egg turner, I used a fork. But the worst thing is the quality of the toilet paper. Definitely bring your own. I have never seen such thin paper. But we enjoyed our stay, the water was crystal clear and clean.

Location location & views!
Definitely became our new favorite place to stay!! Walk along the sidewalk or just down the beach to one of the best restaraunts in town, the back porch! I loved the convenience of being half a mile from walmart and across the street from kid friendly attractions! The owner was super friendly and easy to communicate with! The condo was well kept and equipped with what we needed for our stay. The beauty from the balcony is absolutely the cherry on top!! Thank you for hosting us, our family hopes to come back soon!

Perfect location and very clean!
This unit is as described. It's clean and up to date. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. Free beach service is a nice bonus. Donna, the owner, was very responsive and courteous while replying to my texts. This unit is on the second floor and right by the elevator which was nice. I can't find a bad thing to say about this property nor the owner. We will definitely stay again!

My Destin Stay
I had never been to Destin before, as well as never seen the ocean. So both were new to me and I had a blast. The VRBO was perfect due to the fact that it opened right up to the beach, and the view from the balcony was amazing!

Excellent Stay
The property was just as described. We loved the area, the beach and emerald waters were just steps away, and the view from the condo was outstanding. It was clean and comfortable. Great bed and the bathroom setup worked perfectly for my adult daughter and myself. I think the place is perfect for 2, ok for 2 adults and 2 kids, but not really for more than that. The kitchen supplies were fine for my needs. Plenty of silverware, dishes, pots, etc. it might be nice to have coffee filters provided (thankfully we brought our own) and most places have at least salt, pepper, and sugar provided which this doesn’t, so be sure to bring these items with you. Having Henderson State Park close by is another plus and worth a visit. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great View, Great Destin Location
Beautifully decorated condo with an incredible beach view in one of the best locations in Destin. Very convenient to restaurants and shopping in a quiet part of Destin. We came to visit family nearby over Thanksgiving, and family visited us to enjoy the beach while there. The kitchen was appointed well enough, for the most part, to accommodate our Thanksgiving cooking. We did have an issue with the access code not working upon our arrival that was quickly resolved since we were able to reach the owner on the first phone call. As a heads up to future renters, guests need to bring their own beach towels and wash cloths/towels for make-up removal. The owner charges $7/$15 for washcloth/towel replacement if make-up stains cannot be removed. We went to a local discount store and bought our own dark washcloths and towels to avoid these charges since make-up removing towelettes are rarely full-proof. There was also only one hand towel in each bathroom, though there is ample supply of bath towels. There were some minor repairs needed to the dishwasher door and shower curtain, but everything functioned fine. The eating utensils/silverware needs to be replaced, as there was only one full-sized spoon and two full-sized forks. We visited in November and beach chair/umbrella rental service was not available. We were able to borrow beach chairs and beach towels from our family. Also, the owner stated that the air conditioner would shut down if the door was open for over 3 min, requiring a service call to repair at the renters expensive, so renters need to keep that in mind. Overall, though, we were very happy with the condo and loved the location. The owner was very nice and easy to work with.

Our stay at crystal beach was perfect. The condo was great for the two of us, but would have accommodate a family of 4 or 5 easily. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. The best part was the wonderful beach access right at the property. We would recommend this unit to friends and would stay again.

Condo was great, everything was perfect. The beach service is always a huge plus. First trip in the fall season and it was just as great as the summer months. Love Crystal Sands and Donnas unit 208A will not disappoint!

Family vacation 2022
The property itself was great but our experience was terrible. The day we arrived, we realized the balcony doors didn’t lock because the locks were jammed. This prevented us from using the outside bunk beds due to safety/security concerns involving toddlers and nonfunctional balcony locks. This issues was resolved on day 2 of our stay. Day 3, there was a water leak involving the main line for the entire building and the water was shut off completely for an entire day and half. This made the unit bathroom unusable and therefore forced us to stay outdoors the entire day. We decided to cut our trip short after an entire day of not having water in the unit. We were refunded only for the 2 nights we cut short. We paid full price for all the taxes, cleaning charges and other services which were calculated for a 5 night stay. All in all the property itself was nice but our experience was undesirable.

This condo was just right for us (2) but plenty of room for 4… Easy to find, very convenient parking, beach basically right out the door, clean and convenient to every store or restaurant you could imagine. Owner was very easy to contact and quick to respond!!! Awesome!!!
