*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing an extensive property modernization project beginning September 9th, 2024. Construction will occur from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including weekends if required. Guest will most likely experience construction noise during these times and other inconveniences. Please be advised that our outdoor amenities will be closed until the Spring of 2025:

The grill and smoking areas will be relocated during the renovation. The indoor pool and gym are available during their regular operating hours.

One glimpse of Destin's beaches and you are hooked. This beautifully decorated condominium is a great place to start an annual vacation spot for you and your family. Come and enjoy the vacation you've dreamed of! Our luxurious one bedroom one and a half bath unit located at Sundestin Beach Resort is ideal for a relaxing getaway. The main bedroom offers a king bed and the living room has a queen sofa bed, great for the kids. This unit comes complete with all the amenities you need to enjoy a meal together. Guests will also enjoy the balcony; dine while overlooking the Gulf. There are a TV and DVD player in each room. Come make memories at Sundestin.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing construction to the building. Please expect intermittent noise during construction hours of 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday. If construction needs to go past these hours or on the weekends information will be posted a week in advance in the lobby of SunDestin. Construction will be completed by June 2025.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great view and good location to everything. On site restaurant and bar was great which is a division on fudpuckers. On site convenience store with great coffee is a major plus! Beach was great and friendly. However with that being said the room needs a major update and carpet removal to help with odors. The kitchen counter was updated so that was nice. We did enjoy the view though. Vacasa was very easy to rent through and had great communication

The place is in need of maintenance and upkeep; hole in bathroom wall where a towel bar used to be, missing light bulb in a lamp, cupboard stand for TV in bedroom was not attached to the wall and about to fall over plus could feel air coming in all around it and the bathtub drain does not work well. However, it was fine for a short stay for the two of us and had a great view of the water.

Great location, with pool and splash pad for kids. Condo had a slight mildew smell but went away once air conditioning was on, no pans in the cupboards so we purchased 3 and left them there, hopefully they stay for future guests.

Great location and beautiful views! Suggestions would be to have salt and pepper packets or shakers and a single serve coffee pot for kcups, since there are no coffee or filters provided and coffee is expensive downstairs. The resort building was undergoing noisy repairs at the time we stayed there which disturbed out stay. Plus various items, such as the hot tub and treadmill in the fitness centre did not work. Overall, the room was clean but the carpet, especially at the entrance to the balcony, was very dirty.

Door lock malfunctioned several times during stay and had to be replaced. Molding around door is coming loose, water damage in several cabinets, and threshold between kitchen and living room kept coming up posing a tripping hazard. Shower didn’t want to drain and toilets didn’t want to flush. The staff was friendly and helpful. The shop downstairs is very convenient.

Needs updates
Overall ok, needs updates as older and cleaning crew must be smokers as very strong smoke smell when arrived. Bed needs replaced ASAP!!! It is not even flat anymore and sleep at an angle, very uncomfortable. Patio furniture needs replaced to hightops where you can actually see over the railing to enjoy the view. The chairs out there prevent sitting and looking out at the same time.

A little rough around the edges but otherwise great
If you are looking for time to put your toes in white sand and blue Caribbean like waters, look no further. The location is perfect with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The restaurants serve amazing locally caught fish and shrimp. We tried to escape the cold Christmas weather but we were able to enjoy some beach time by the end of our stay and had toes in the sand. The accommodations needs a little TLC. Basic things were missing. No salt/pepper shakers for the kitchen , coffee filters for the coffee maker. Little things could have taken the experience up a notch.

The condo was sparkling clean throughout. But washer dryer available means a coin operated laundry down the hall. Not one package of sugar, salt or pepper. No coffee filters for the coffee maker. No extra blankets. The tv stand in the bedroom is coming apart from the wall. It needs re-painting.
