When you book this beach abode, you and your group will be granted access to the complex's community amenities that include several outdoor pools, golf on-site, a hot tub, and tennis courts.

Enjoy your meals alfresco on the balcony, equipped with a high table and four chairs. Inside, the open floor plan features coastal decor and plank floors throughout. Cozy up on the sofa after a refreshing time in the pool and watch a favorite show on the TV with cable. Then, when mealtime comes around, surprise your group with their favorite meals. The kitchen is fully appointed with every major appliance and all the cookware needed to whip up delicious feasts. There are two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) for coffee enthusiasts. The adjoining dining table seats four and there are two additional stools at the breakfast bar. Additional amenities include a stackable washer/dryer on-site, free WiFi, and central air conditioning.

Terrible experience
Awful! We got to the condo and it was trashed! I received a text message at noon stating the condo was ready for an early check in, but we live 12 hours away and told we couldn’t check in until 4:00 that evening. We arrived a few minutes after 4:00 and walked into a mess! The room obviously had not been cleaned. Sand, food, water, dirt, you name it…..gross! I immediately called to tell them the room was unacceptable. After several minutes I was told I could book another room with them and they would only waive the cleaning fee since it wasn’t clean. I had to send pictures of the mess we walked into then they would see what other condos they had available. After an hour I finally hear back and there’s only one condo. I had to call twice to get a new access code because we couldn’t unlock the door so that was frustrating. Walking into it, I was pleased. It was clean even though it was pet friendly (my children and I have pet allergies). I go to the bathroom to wash my hands and there’s a huge cockroach on the sink! I did not call to complain because I understand roaches are common and I didn’t see anymore, thankfully. The sliding door to the decks were broken so they didn’t lock which is scary when I have 3 children (one is a toddler), floors were so dirty our feet were black, shower didn’t work half of the time, a/c wouldn’t go below 72 degrees, and the washing machine wouldn’t work. DO NOT STAY HERE! You will be disappointed.

Love the location, very convenient to everything & close to the pool. The condo needs to be cleaned better, there were lots of bugs, lots of smells coming from the other condos.

NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY
This place from the start was awful! First of all I was sent a code to check in and didn’t work so for 1 hours I was figuring that out. Second as soon as we walked in there were bugs and I called no response and it was disgusting. So instead of cookie for four of the seven days we had to purchase everything at a restaurant bc of the bugs. Third the beds were marginal and if you rolled over it sounded like a plot from a Saturday night live scene - terrible! The door and kitchen outdated and is screaming for an update the whole place could be cute as a button and make a ton of money. OWNERS if you invest some money you’ll make a lot of money! I won’t be staying at this particular condo! I will say Sand Piper Cover condo are a great place and a great location!! Not every owner is as good as the rest! Dated and needs some TLC and bug spray!! I waited to long to book the one we use each year so this is how we got stuck with this GEM!

Sweet Spring Break
This property has a cute little set up with plenty of room for 4 people to spread out comfortably. With 4 women, the extra vanity/mirror space was excellent to have along with 2 full bathrooms. The condo was clean upon arrival, no issues there. My 4 stars for cleanliness instead of 5 is because of the necessity of washing/scrubbing dishes before we could use them. After a little while in the place, we also discovered large stains on the back sofa cushion. But plenty of clean cozy blankets to cover helped this be less problematic. We also encountered a broken kitchen drawer and dislodged towel bar, but both issues were promply addressed by maintenance with no further issues. We ended up utilizing the finicky Kurig (inconsistent brew volume) because the coffee pot steamed out 2 cups of water with every brew. Also, the lack of containers for food storage was inconvenient, but we made it work. The tv options in all the rooms were nice with good log-in options. The deck was a decent set-up with room enough to relax. The beds were comfortable with the added foam padding. Plenty of closet/dresser space, towels, and hot water. Close to one of the heated pools, kinda far from the hottubs. Overall I would definitely recommend this condo and book again myself.
