Dive into the largest lagoon pool in Destin, complete with a heated pool, island-style hot tub, serene waterfalls, charming walking bridges, and a vibrant poolside bar, restaurant, and coffee shop. Enjoy nightly entertainment and complimentary seasonal shuttles to all the exciting attractions Destin has to offer. Come park and play!

This sea-inspired beach unit features upscale beach décor, brand new laminate flooring, and luxurious furnishings throughout. The living room boasts an extra-large queen sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping space.

Accommodating up to six guests, this spacious two-bedroom condo features two king bedrooms. The master suite includes an ensuite bathroom with a large garden soaking tub and shower combo, plus direct access to the balcony, where you can enjoy stunning views of the lagoon pool and tropical resort. The second guest room also offers a king bed and its own private balcony overlooking the resort's water fountains, tennis courts, and bay views.

Indulge in delicious meals at the on-site Palms Bistro, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as brunch on Sundays. Overall great trip. Condo was perfect for family of 5. Resort was nice. Wish the lagoon pool was heated and there were more lounge chairs. Hot tub was always overcrowded and security needed to constantly needed to remove guests from it.

Perfect for a family with toddlers and teens
We loved staying here. Our toddlers loved it and so did our teenager. So nice to have the bar and entertainment right here. We will definitely be back! Joe was super easy to work with and responded almost immediately.

Decent condo
Overall this was a decent place to stay. The layout is nice. Good location with short drive/walk to most things. Patio has nice view over the massive pool area. Only complaints would be the beds are not supportive at all. One bed is totally lopsided. The sofa is very worn out and cushions fall down past the frame so you are sitting right on the bed below which was very uncomfortable. The floors looked dirty especially in the bedrooms. Looked like they had never cleaned under beds or around end tables. However, with a few updates I would definitely stay again.

Overall the resort was very pleasant with many amenities. Only complaint was the kiddie splash pools were closed as were the gaming area. Since we did have kids visiting with us for a couple days, we lost out on those areas. I assume these were all part of the $30 daily resort fee we ended up paying for up and above the condo rental fee.

Nice location, wish the beach was a better access, it was crowded. The pool area was amazing for the kids. Wish there was access to supplies for pickleball and basketball. The location had an age limit on everything so my son was mad he couldn't play pool or pickleball.

The condo was nice. My daughter booked this for me and 2 of my female friends, she really should have booked this vacation as one disabled person out of the 3, and we were all older adults. I have rheumatoid arthritis and cancer. And should have booked it closer to the beaches. But this was not Joe’s fault. We had a relaxing and nice time. Carts are horrible to find there.

Wonderful Vacation at a Beautiful Property
We had a great week in Destin despite the weather not being the best. Thankfully The Palms of Destin has many amenities to help when the rain moves in. The immaculate and clean condo was very cozy. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with balcony access in both to watch the rain. It had everything we needed for our stay. The downstairs restaurant and coffee shop were phenomenal, there was entertainment each night, and the lagoon pool was perfect. It was close to stores, restaurants and the beach. Joe was amazing and answered all questions promptly and helped me right away when my college aged son changed his mind last minute and wanted to join our trip. They have a wonderful vacation home and it’s obvious they take pride in it by the way they take care of it as well as their guests. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home for the week! We hope to return to the gorgeous Emerald Coast soon!

Destin Spring Break
This unit is in a convenient location, right across from a beautiful beach and quick easy drive to shopping, restaurants, beach. nicely decorated and well stocked kitchen. Overall, clean the floors could’ve been a bit cleaner. It has a huge balcony, which is very nice except for the fact that it is a second level corner location right by the entrance to the pool gate (which people slam all the time), the ice machine and the restaurant so it was VERY noisy all throughout the day. The pool is amazing though it was very cold during our time there. and pool chairs were somewhat hard to come by. Many people would go down early and reserve chairs which we did and then people still moved our stuff. Communication with the host was excellent. Overall, we had a great trip and I would likely return but may try a different unit in the same complex just due to the balcony noise.

Off Season
The condo is beautiful, it had everything we needed as far as kitchen and bath, most do supply shampoo. An extra blanket would have been nice. We paid an extra $30 for the shuttle that never ran, and pool that we couldn't really use for 5 days while they power washed the decks during the day , we also had all the patio furniture in the condo for 2 days and we had to bring it all back outside.. Our master bath toilet ran all the time, even when the door was closed you could hear it run. They did come right away to fix it but was never fixed. The bar area and coffee shop are very nice. The check in people and the management people of the bar and condo were very nice.

Wonderful place to stay with great amenities even in the off season. The location is awesome with restaurants and shopping all around. The condo was beautiful and clean, loved the layout too! There is a balcony off the living room as well as both bedrooms had private balconies. The host was great and very quick to respond to messages.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium in The Palms Resort, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious decor and spacious layout of the unit. The attention to detail is evident in every corner, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the three beautiful balconies, each offering a unique view and the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The lagoon pool was absolutely fantastic—immaculate and inviting, it quickly became our favorite place to relax and soak up the sun. The amenities at the resort are top-notch! We loved the karaoke bar—a fun way to spend our nights—and the coffee shop served some of the best brews we’ve ever had. The breakfast buffet was a delicious way to start each day, with a great variety of options to choose from. Plus, the gym was amazing—well-equipped and spacious, perfect for keeping up with our fitness routine while away. Our host was simply outstanding! They were incredibly accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality truly made a difference and added to the overall wonderful experience. If you're looking for a fantastic getaway, this condominium in The Palms Resort is the perfect choice.
