Great stay with beautiful views
The property was nice, safe and secure. The view from the rooms were amazing and perfect for morning coffee. The rooms are nice and clean. There was not a lot of walkable meals but there was a putt-putt fun center & souvenirs walkable. Most things are a short Uber ride as well.

This property is on a beautiful stretch of beach with white sugar sand and clear emerald water! The pool and beach are very close to the condo, which was so convenient and lovely to see throughout our stay We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Disappointing Stay
We have stayed at Silver Beach Towers for over 10 years. It is a wonderful location and property. However our last unit reserved through VBRO had some issues. It had pipes that rattled every time a toilet flushed, chair on porch was in disrepair, furniture and fixtures outdated, one bar of soap in each bathroom, cannot check in until 4 p even if unit ready and no access code to reserve beach chairs in advance. The view from the balcony was the best part as well as the queen size bed in the guest bedroom and views from the bedrooms. Silver Beach is a great place overall and we will book there again just not this particular unit.

Tile floors and shower were filthy. Some dirty dishes. Cookie sheet was not usable and stove and refrigerator are old and rusted on fronts. Most door shelves in refrigerator are missing/broken. No pot holders - dirty cabinet fronts, dirty sofa and chair in living area. Patio furniture broken. Won't rent this one again.

Great view-nice people
Silver Beach Towers as a whole is a beautiful, clean, friendly resort. I have a handicap nephew that joined us on our vacation and I do wish in the future the resort will consider making convenient handicap accessibility to and from the beach, such as a ramp. I feel this would also be a great asset to all the guests that bring beach wagons. Our individual condo was spacious and had a gorgeous view. However, it was a bit dirty and very dusty especially the kitchen cabinets, walls, and even the fire alarm had a thick layer of dust. Most of the dining chairs had broken legs, and the patio furniture was falling apart as well. The master bedroom mattress needs replacing and every time we used any water such as running a faucet or flushing a toilet, the pipes would vibrate real loud across the whole condo. None of this ruined our trip by any means. Destin has some of the most beautiful beaches and our condo definitely allowed us to enjoy those views.

Property managers were not on site, had to make several phone calls to get the code for our unite while waiting in the lobby. Loud noise when turning hot water on. (Jacuzzi) Broken/missing knobs exposed electric wire So many annoying restrictions, fobs works half the time Absolutely not a place for children. If you want to be in your unite tucked in by 8pm This is your place, otherwise, coming from the pool or the beach you will be walking around the building through parking lot into parking garage to reach elevators. Over priced for nothing.

We have stayed on this property since the east tower was built. This was a nice condo,we’ve been in better. Enjoyed the double lounges outside. But the floors were filthy. The tile , inside, had been cleaned with something that felt like it had not been rinsed. The outdoor patio floor was dirty also. We are older and our flight arrived in the evening. We’ve always gone straight to the hotel and to our room. But we found out we had to drive to another location to get our fobs. 15 there & 15 back in Destin traffic! I won’t do that again. Fortunately, our family was all ready there and they could let us in. I would just say your cleaning crew needs to step it up a notch. Thank you.

Really nice facility
This is our 5th time at Silver Beach Towers, it’s our favorite place to stay. However, this particular condo was not as clean and updated as the others we’ve stayed in. And the property management company that manages this condo was very strict about getting into the condo, even though it was not rented the day before. During passed stairs we’ve been able to use the facility while waiting for a check in and this was not the case with this rental company. We’ve had better experiences, renting through compass resorts or beyond blue vacations. As far as the condo itself goes, it wasn’t cleaned very well. Lots of dust and dirt on floorboards cobwebs in the kitchen walls that need to be painted. The second bathroom toilet runs and the pipes make a foghorn sound about every 20 minutes.

We loved how clean the condo was on arrival. The first problem we encountered was when we didn’t find a parking pass in the unit as described in the welcoming email. We were also not informed by the property company that beach umbrellas must be reserved for each day of the stay. This could’ve been done two weeks in advance, so we ended up with an umbrella on the back row, quite a far distance from the beach entrance. When trying to communicate problems with the property company, we never received a response. We will not be using this property company again.

Pre-baby Vacation
We brought our daughter and son in-law on vacation before she had her baby. It was very clean spacious condo. We spent a lot of time on the beach and enjoyed the beautiful pool most every day we were there. The kitchen had everything my that was needed. Of course I did bring my own, pans not knowing for sure what to expect. If you need something to use for baking sheets For biscuits or something like that. lol. I recommend you bring your own because there is none. The only complaint I had was, if anyone takes a hot shower in the room, either one- the pipes would make a loud (I mean loud) rumbling sound. Even if it was a neighbor. So at 5 am it was not a good wake up sound. lol. And one of the balcony chairs was broken (looked like someone plopped in chair to hard and broke it) as well as one of the lounge chairs was rusted so much that when you sat down and sat back in it, it almost sent me through the window falling back. That’s how I noticed that it was rusted through. (Did not use again). Other than these few things we had a great time. It was worth the trip. You can’t always expect everything to be perfect especially in the salty air. lol.

Great resort property, outdated condo
The condo property itself was very nice, individual parking for each condo, clean restrooms in the pool/hot tub area. Beach access was simple and gated for property access only. As well as quick elevators and extremely nice weekday employees! However this specific condo is very outdated. Kitchen microwave was broken so that every time you pulled the handle it snapped back, pots and pans were very limited so do not expect to cook many meals using what is provided. Dryer vent seemed as if it was not vented out of the condo and was just venting into the condo itself making the condo moist and hot while running. I would definitely not recommend to rent this condo during the summer as they only allow you to set AC to 68 (and it is not a cool 68, especially with the dryer running) Thankfully it was cool the majority of our time there as we left the doors open to keep cool. The main living area tv has a blue tent at all times and made it difficult to watch any tv (maintenance was sent out on this and was unable to fix it, and then we never heard back from them) the rest of the condo was nice but bathrooms could also use an update as they were very outdated as well, the jacuzzi bathtub was even missing a button making using it seem not the safest. Initial check in was difficult as email from rental company was not very detailed. I had to reach out to the rental company during check in and their advice was to “wait for someone to walk out of the building to gain access” - not extremely helpful. Would definitely stay within the complex itself again, however. This specific condo would need an update prior to staying again.

This place was amazing! I will try and book it whenever possible. It was clean and the views were fantastic. Had a few minor things wrong but spoke with owner and taken care of immediately. Great place. You are up so high that the helicopter doing tours waved at us. Pretty cool.

With the exception of a sort of cumbersome check-in process, we would give this room five stars. Great location, great view, great beach access, nice big pool, two hot tubs, covered parking. We arrived after the 4:30 PM cut off, so had to go to a different location to pick up a Fob to get into the building. Other than that, no complaints! We hope to stay here again.
