"Compared to a Motel 6 in U.S but clean. Staff is polite & reserved, not at all friendly. Wifi is available but sporadically..not the hotel fault. AC comes on around 8:PM until 7:AM, some nights. "The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...

"The generator off most of the time so, no air conditioner and no hot water to shower every morning. When I let them know about, I was told that it was going to get fixed but this was continued every single day. "Like most of the Haiti properties, they have been there a while. The beauty of this place is incredible. The ability to be immediately over the water makes eating and visiting somewhat unique. Food was very good, but it needs to be ordered quite in advance. Staff are very polite and accommodating. I have visited several times over the past 20 years, and I keep going back. It is charming."

"This hotel is only pieces of bricks and mortar on the ground. I was disappointed and frustrated that Orbitz is still carrying this place on their website for people to book. Only a security guard and another guy were on the property. No manager or anyone in charge. I had to fend for myself to find another hotel of which there were none close by. Complete disaster."
