Lovely apartment a short walk from the beach
The apartment is very attractive and well supplied - it was the first place we stayed in Italy with enough pillows for all of us! There is a fantastic roof terrace with views down to the lake and you can see from there quite how short the walk down into town is. By far the best feature though was the greeting and assistance throughout our stay from the staff - from corresponding and dealing with questions before we arrived to providing well thought out guides to local attractions and restaurants and even helping with our luggage when we finally had to leave, their service was flawless.

Perfect family apartment!
We just returned from a short 2 night stay in Desanzano, one of our favorite little towns in Italy. The apartment we rented from Antonio was absolutely perfect. He met us at the apartment and did a thorough walk through of the grounds and oriented us with all the locks and electronics. Antonio was a terrific host with absolutely perfect English and extremely welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area. He pointed us in the direction of everything we needed in our initial walk-through and communication the whole time was outstanding. The apartment was tastefully decorated, had plenty of space for our family of 4 and a queen sized bed for the kids in their own room. Master suite had an additional tv with Sky and plenty of english channels, which was nice to unwind with at night. The grounds were immaculate and the neighborhood was quiet save for a few barking dogs and a couple roosters, but that was really no bother. Remote control for the security gate on the fenced property and very secure. 2 separate patios for summer lounging, complete with patio furniture! We felt very secure and safe in this apartment. Centrally located within walking distance to the marina/downtown/tourist area and plenty to eat in the neighborhood. Good little grocery store a block away, and 10 min from the Lion mall. We will definitely return to this apartment and highly recommend it!

Used the hotel as a base to explore Lake Garda and Venice. Facilities in the rooms were really good and short walk to restaurants / shops / supermarkets in Desenzano Would definitely use again

Very nice modern apartment close to lake garda. All you need for a comfortable stay near the lake. 10 min walk to the lake with many restaurants around. Main supermarkets close by and coffee shop/pastry shop 2 min walk away. Good parking under the apartment and outside on the road. Seemed very safe area. Owner Antonio speaks excellent English

Lake Garda
Great accommodations, great location, great hosts! Residenza Ciro e Catina was a great home base for our stay in Lake Garda. The apartments are located in a quite neighborhood just minutes from the center of Desenzano; close to good restaurants and a great neighborhood bar just a block away. We cannot say enough nice things about our hosts Antonio and Adriana and the apartment itself. Upon our arrival Antonio met us and gave us the rundown on the apartment and the area. Antonio was happy to answer all our questions and gave us some great tips on the area is really just a great guy… amazing English too!. The apartments are new, clean, beautiful, spacious and very secure. Antonio and Adriana have thought of everything; we made breakfast everyday and a few meals while we were on our holiday, we just felt so at home at the apartment. The washing machine was also really handy. We have travelled to many destinations in Europe and we just stumbled on to lake Garda; what a beautiful part of the world. Bottom-line, we loved our stay at Residenza Ciro e Catina and we will be back!

Perfekte Wohnung in bester Lage
Fünf unvergessliche Tage in Desenzano . Die moderne mit allem erdenklichen Komfort ausgestattete Ferienwohnung sorgte dafür,daß wir uns sofort wohlfühlten. In wenigen Minuten Gehzeit ist man mitten im Herzen von Desenzano und hat eine schier unendliche Auswahl an Cafés,Restaurants und Geschäften . Die Dachterasse für alle Wohneinheiten lädt mit dem tollen Seeblick zum verweilen ein. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Fantastisk flott leilighet med alt man kan tenke seg av fasiliteter - ned til de minste detaljer som f.eks vaskemiddel og tøymykner til bruk i vaskemaskina! Vi er en familie på 5, med store barn/ungdommer, og for oss var dette et perfekt sted å bo i Desenzano. Beliggenhet litt tilbaketrukket fra bysentrum, stille og rolig men likevel gangavstand på kun 7-10 minutter ned til byen eller stranda. Vi hadde supermarked 2 min unna, godt utstyrt kjøkken, parkeringsmuligheter både i kjeller og i gata, en kjempefin takterasse som var felles for alle leilighetene, og i tillegg egen inngang og hage både foran og bak leiligheten vår. Det vi satte aller mest pris på var at leiligheten faktisk var akkurat som på bildene vi hadde sett på internett da vi booket, og at vertskapet var veldig hyggelig og serviceminded :-) Hvis vi skal nevne et par små detaljer som kunne vært enda bedre; mer av bestikk og dekketøy slik at man slipper å sette på oppvaskmaskina for hvert måltid, og litt mer stabil wifi-tilgang, ellers helt topp!

Un petit coin de bonheur!
Superbe appartement très bien décoré avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. L'immeuble possède également un toit terrasse qui permet de profiter du soleil en se relaxant. L'accueil était très chaleureux. Excellente adresse, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir!!
