The terrace that will make you believe you are suspended over the lake, where you can enjoy breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners, the large living room with dining table, furnishing accessories, sofa and latest generation "50" inch ANDROID Smart TV. ultra HD with NETFLIX, and other channels. A large hideaway kitchen completes the living room. A corridor leads us to the sleeping area divided as follows: large bathroom with shower, bedroom with two pull-out single beds (capacity 4 pax), large finely furnished double bedroom with private bathroom, air conditioning and balcony overlooking the lake.
The lift to reach the solution, the parking inside the condominium, the wi-fi, the large green space and the strategic position will satisfy all your needs! A Jump on the lake awaits you!

Great location on Lake Garda
Great views from both terraces. Just a few minutes to walk to the beach and the harbor. The apartment was spacious and clean. We would stay here again if we return to Desenzano.

Very comfortable base from which to explore Lake Garda
Spacious and well fitted out apartment with balcony overlooking Lake Garda. Great location just across the small road from the lake. Desenzano is a pretty town. There are no major supermarkets in town but a mini market just 50m from the apartment. Hostess was very responsive to all questions and requests and accommodating of our needs. Only negative was that there is no air conditioning in the second bedroom. It is equipped with a fan but quite hot on Summer days.

Very clean and friendly
The apartment was clean and as represented and in the perfect location for our time at the lake. When we had a couple of questions and needed help, our property contact was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. She also communicated with us very well before our arrival. We would love to return.

Lake Garda Apartment
The property was very nice with a lovely view of the lake. The check-in process was complicated and the woman they sent to let us in was unable to work the key to the door and knew nothing about the property. Most lamps were unplugged and there were clean linens but no bedspreads on beds. Very clean.

Freundliche Vermieterin, gr0ßzügige Wohnung mit Balkon und Fahrstuhl. Tolle Lage am See, viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten mit dem Schiff auch für betagtere Leute wie uns. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen erholsamen tollen Urlaub.

Leider das Geld nicht wert
Wohnung insgesamt sehr dunkel, schlechte Beleuchtung. Balkontüren verzogen (z.T. noch Einfachverglasung), Sprungfeder des Doppelbetts durchgelesen, wir haben Rollroste aus den Einzelbetten unter die Matratze gelegt. Sitzgarnitur durchgesessen, Kochfeld mit wenig Leistung (insgesamt Elektrik aus dem Baujahr, ca. 50 Jahre alt) und z.T. nicht regelbar. Wasserkocher ging nach 2 Tagen kaputt, wurde nicht ersetzt, Esstisch aus Glas mit 2 dicken Kerben, WC-Sitz locker, Glühbirne im Schlafzimmer defekt. In der Wohnung ist seit Errichtung kaum etwas renoviert worden (z.B. eine Duscharmatur), das meiste ist im Zustand des Baujahr,s, hier wird nur Geld rausgezogen. Heizen konnten wir Ende April übrigens das Bad nicht, obwohl es draußen und drinnen noch kalt war. Kellers Check-in geht übrigens nicht, zwischen 15 und 20h kann man die Hostess zur Wohnung bestellen, später Aufpreis von 50€, nach 23h keine Anreise mehr möglich. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht sucht euch für das Geld lieber eine andere Wohnung aus

Gute Lage
Die Einrichtung war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, war aber dennoch gepflegt. Die Lage ist toll, nur über die Straße ist man direkt am See an einem hübschen Strand. Das Appartement ist ruhig. Für den Preis okay.
