The family-friendly Maxi House vacation home is located in a quiet tourist complex just minutes from the center of Desenzano del Garda. Arranged on two floors, it accommodates up to 8 people.
On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (double + small room with bunk beds and single), bathroom, living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchenette.
On the upper floor (narrow and steep internal staircase): 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room with sofa bed, second kitchen.
It has two private balconies and a common balcony at the entrance. Fully air-conditioned in every room, it also offers Wi-Fi, TV and fans. The beach is a 15-minute walk away, while the nearest supermarket is 150 meters away. Restaurants, bars and discos are nearby. Parking is available on the street. Linens, towels included. Standard aber OK
Es ist recht sauber, das nötigste ist vorhanden, aber nichts besonderes. Zum strand ist es mit Kindern recht weit. Die Wohnung ist in einem Mehrfamilienhaus und ringsum sah es so aus als wären es gewöhnliche Mieter. War recht komisch, waren aber alle recht nett. Es war etwas schwer zu finden und wir haben dann vor dem Haus gewartet bis der Vermieter kam. Wir hatten seine Nummer und konnten ihn so gut kontaktieren. Leider gab es keine Möglichkeit den Müll zu entsorgen deswegen stand dieser auf der terasse am Eingang. Werim Urlaub also auf Luxus verzichten kann und nur das nötigste braucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.
