Located in the most characteristic street of the historic center of Rivoltella, a few meters from the lake and the beach. The completely restored apartment blends traditional elements and modern spaces in perfect harmony to guarantee functionality, elegance, privacy and relaxation. Located on the mezzanine floor (without elevator), the house develops on two levels. The first type open space with large living room and kitchen with a suggestive terrace; the second, with sloping ceilings with wooden ceilings, offers a welcoming and familiar sleeping environment with the master bedroom and the guest bedroom interspersed with a large bathroom with shower. The village offers the main services: bakery, newsagent, bar, pizzeria, ice cream shop. The restaurant in front of the apartment provides takeaway gastronomy, wine bar and restaurant and is owned by the holiday home. For this reason, guests can enjoy a discount for their lunches and dinners.

Very nice place to stay

The appartment is lovely, very comfortable. Sleeping rooms and the bathroom are upstairs, not recommended for small children. Parking is not included in the price. Everything else ia great, very clean and charming.

Very nice spot

We stayed for one week in the appartment which has everything you need. We could safely store our bikes and the spot is fine to start for all activities. Very nice people who are also running the bar which is just across the street - delicios food and wine! We recommend it to 100%.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung lag in einer belebten Straße mit schönen Restaurants. Uns störte es jedoch nicht Abends die Menschen zu hören. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage hat ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche von der ein schöner Balkon auf die Straße mit den Restaurants geht. Dort fahren jedoch keine Autos entlang. Die zwei Schlafzimmer und das Bad befinden sich dann im oberen Bereich der Wohnung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar gewesen. Sie haben eine wunderschönes Restaurant genau gegenüber von der Wohnung, welches man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Das einzige Manko der Wohnung war, das wir Ameisen im Küchenbereich hatten. Der Vermieter hatte sofort reagiert und etwas dagegen gesprüht, leider jedoch ohne Erfolg. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Wünschenswert wäre eventuell noch ein Toaster. Die

Tolle Ferienwohnung am Gardasee

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern hier. Es ist eine Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen direkt in einer kleinen Gasse, welche Überwiegend eine Fußgängerzone ist mit vielen Essensmöglichkeiten; Gaststätten, Pizza, Döner oder Bruchetta. Alles gleich vor der Haustür. Der Strand war gerade neu angelegt worden, wie man es kennt am Gardasee mit Steinen. Bademeister war vor Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Obst & Gemüse keine Minute vor der Haustür und ein Supermarkt ist Fußläufig in der Nähe. Uns hat es hier sehr gefallen, wir sind gerne den Weg am Gardasee, kleine Promenade, nach Desenzano del Garda gelaufen. Hier sind natürlich sehr viel mehr Touristen und Läden, aber für die Erholung war unser Rivoltella viel angenehmer. Wir haben dieses Mal einen Ausflug nach Verona gemacht, sehr zu empfehlen und von hier nicht soweit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder in diese Ferienwohnung. Einziges kleines Manko etwas wenig Geschirr, reicht immer für einmal, also 6 kleine, tiefe und Speiseteller. Könnten gerne mal 8 - 10 sein.

Sehr nettes Appartement

Das Appartement besitzt alles, was man so im Urlaub brauchen könnte. Liegt in einem Vorort von Desenzano, welches an der Uferpromenade entlang gut zu erreichen ist. In der Umgebung gibt es einige Lokale, in den meisten ist eine Reservierung erforderlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind etwas beschränkt. Gute Parkplatzmöglichkeiten

Klasse Ferienwohnung und tolle Landschaft

Die Wohnung liegt in einer schönen Straße mit einigen Lokalen. Das gibt direkt eine schöne Stimmung. Die Lautstärke ist OK und die Ferienwohnung gepflegt. In zwei Minuten steht man am See und kann an der Promenade entlang spazieren. Der freie Parkplatz ist ebenfalls in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Schön war der kurze Weg zum Bahnhof mit kostenfreiem Parkplatz. Von dort konnte man entspannte Ausflüge nach Venedig oder Mailand unternehmen. Der Gardasee ist Super. Eine Autofahrt entlang der Steilküste nach Limone und Riva ist ein tolles Erlebnis. Ein Ausflug nach Sirmione ebenfalls. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung jederzeit noch einmal buchen.

Sehr schön!

Sivlia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr gut sind die Klimaanlagen in jedem Zimmer, so dass man auch bei großer Hitze gut schlafen kann. Die Wohnung ist in seiner sehr belebten Gasse, doch nach 23 Uhr ist es eigentlich ruhig. Einen Parkplatz gibt es nicht direkt an der Wohnung, doch man kann kurz vor der Tür parken, um aus- oder einzuladen und das Auto mit ein bisschen Glück an der Hauptstraße kostenfrei oder auf einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz 2 Minuten entfernt abstellen. Sehr toll ist der kurze Weg zum Strand und die nahen EInkaufsmöglichkeiten. Unbedingt im Restaurant der Gastgeber gleich gegenüber der Wohnung essen gehen - sehr feines Essen und freundliche Bedienung! Mir hat es gefallen!

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, allerdings ein bisschen dunkel. Man musste sogar tagsüber Licht einschalten. Die Gastgeberin ist auch sehr freundlich. Wir hatten eine angenehme Woche.

Superb

This must be the loveliest place we've ever stayed in. The appartment was immaculate, bright, modern and beautifully appointed. Egle is the kindest and most thoughtful host - she gives so much thought and obviously puts a lot of time & effort into this. The Po Delta is off the beaten path from the typical italian holiday and is all the more enjoyable for it. A wonderful holiday in a wonderful place :)

Optimale Lage im Herzen von Rivoltella. Gute Anbindung mit ÖPNV nach Desenzano. Kurzer Weg zum See.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Mit Klimaanlage, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern. Alle Geräte und Einrichtungen voll funktionsfähig. Parkplatz muss man allerdings selbst suchen. Mit Glück findet man einen öffentlichen, kostenlosen direkt in der Nähe.

Alles perfekt. Unterkunft liegt ca. 200m vom Sandstrand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker und Restaurant's sind gleich in der Nähe. Es war eine schöne Zeit. Sehr empfehlenswert.
