This is our second time staying at this hotel in Ankeny, Iowa. The first time there were few people staying at the hotel. This time there were many more people, but the hotel room was still quiet and very nice. The hotel room is very roomy compared to many other hotels. The bed is comfortable. Very comfortable.

This hotel has only been open for a few months, and it was very, very clean. I have OCD and hate hotels. This is where I will stay in Des Moines from now on.

The automatic lights…..why???? The thermostat in room didn’t seem to work properly either. It would get really warm before the ac would kick on. Also the vent placement, horrible.

Evidently this was the first weekend this hotel was open for business. We were not told that until check out day. We were told at check in breakfast was served at 6:00AM. The next morning when it wasn’t ready we were told breakfast was at 7:30am. Nobody knew when breakfast was. We needed more washcloths and the gentleman working couldn’t find them. Laundry was not in order as they hadn’t finished it yet. My husband and I had to take all the sheets off and replace the mattress pad correctly along with the fitted sheet because whom ever made the bed did not know what they were doing.
