The kitchen has all the appliances you would need (toaster, Keurig, microwave, etc) as well as bakeware, kitchen gadgets, etc.
Just off the kitchen is the full-size washer, dryer and included detergent. The living room is cozy with a gas fireplace, sofa, 55" smart TV that is ready to go for streaming and more! Enjoy the outdoors with a private patio just off the living room. If you're bringing your little ones, a pack-n-play and booster seat are included.
Off the main living area is a bathroom (complete with body wash, shampoo, conditoner and more) as well as a bedroom with with a queen sized bed, smart TV, room darkening curtains and closet. The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed, dresser, smart TV and room darkening curtains as well as additional storage in the walk-in closet. The primary bathroom also includes body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, make-up removal towels and more to ensure a comfortable stay.
While I love all pets, there are restricted breeds (Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher & Mastiff). The unit is equipped with a device that monitors the noise decibel level, temperature and smoking.
The property is located less than a 5 minute drive to Interstate 80, Interstate 35 and Interstate 235 to get you anywhere you might need to go. Public transportation is available as well as ride share options such as Lyft and Uber. Parking at the property is unassigned.
