At breakfast a men from the street started to shout at the receptionists police had to be involved , unsafe and dirty place

Pool & hot tub out of service, was not informed of this at time of booking stay. Informed of closure at 10 pm when checking in. Too late to find another hotel. TV in room did not work. Breakfast in the morning was terrible. Based on very poor, disappointing stay experience, requested refund but hotel refused. I will not stay at this hotel again

Stayed her prior and it was great so booked again. Spa was not working! Loud guests slamming doors all day and night long. Huge gap under door had to use towels to cover so no one could get in. Found things of previous guests still in there. Not a good visit at all

The bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept in on a long time. We did stay during the ice storm and no one had de iced the parking lot yet which was unfortunate and the parking lot is very small with not really any parking around. The door had a large gap down the side and bottom of it to where we just put a blanket across the bottom to hide the light and sound. For the most part it was a decent stay. Close to many food places and shopping and easy to get around.

If you’re in a pinch and need to stay close to the airport on a budget, this place is fine. A little dirty, definitely outdated, uncomfortable beds and no frills.

The staff was inconsiderate to my boyfriend and I. It took the front desk worker a few minutes to come to help me check in after he had already seen me and acknowledged that I needed help. It was 11:30 at night and I had been driving for 7 hours so I was not in the mood to wait nor talk to anyone and he was pushing conversation like no other. The rooms are average, nice big beds, but there was a room blasting music about 3 doors down from mine from the time we got there until about 3 AM. 5/10 stay for me.

Stranger knocking at door plus homeless people outside that came in and fixed breakfast for themselves. Plus one ice machine for all 3 floors. Could not get cereal out of cheap dispenser.

The place was filthy and outdated! The wall trim was peeling off in my room, the bathroom was terribly old and gross, the water shot out the bottom and the top at the same time. The air conditioner unit fell off the wall in one of the rooms and the heat did not work in my room. I slept with my window open because the room smelled of mold/mildew. The mattresses were awful and lumpy. The bed spreads were filthy. The mattress "protector" was ripped old and dingy. The entrance smelled like feces as well as the elevator. There was a homeless man walking the halls and the front desk person could not make him leave. We had a cheer team of young High school girls staying at the hotel and we did not feel safe. There was trash in the parking lot and cats trying to get inside. Breakfast!! Hard boiled eggs in a community bowl for people to reach in and take, gross! a Pot of "hot water" as the tore up paper said that was stuck to the pot with tape. No milk. Overall it was a terribly gross stay and I would NEVER stay there again. If I could give this Hotel a 0 I would.
