Our room was in the building behind the main lobby. Looks like they maybe remodeling. Our room had what appeared to be fruit punch on the ceiling and a big stain on the floor. Door did not seem to shur completely but it was secure, just couldnt deadbolt the door.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. Checking in the attendent at the desk was lazy, gave me a highlighter to sign the papers then had to go back to the desk 4 times because the keys didnt work for the room. Of course he didnt move out of the desk chair. Room was disgusting, dirty, moldy, and smelled terrible one of the rooms only had one towel the other room didnt have any towels. The pool heater was broken and we couldnt even go swimming.

i didn't stay here like i was supposed to. I accidentally booked the room for Feb.12 to 13, instead of Feb. 5 to 6. When I tried to change it a few hours before i would have needed the room on Wed. Feb 5 to 6,thru Expedia & the hotel itself, no one would accommodate me. I booked another room at another hotel hoping I'd get a refund of money from Baymont. But .after few days of trying, i got no where. so i lost out on 60$ .Expedia gave me nothing & Baymont didn't either. I may discontinue using Expedia & /or Baymont by Wyndham.

When checking in we were first given a room that had people in it. Then we were given a room that had not been cleaned and finally we were given a room that had no towels. The property is dirty. The rooms are old. Staff are almost impossible to find.

Neighbors were very loud until 3 AM and there was no management in the second building to address it. Our sheets were stained and the TV didn't work. The breakfast area had garbage all over the counters but we managed to find a semi-clean table to eat at. It is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and if I could have cancelled my reservation and gotten my money back, I would have.

This is the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There’s food and wrappers all over the floor, someone’s earrings in multiple drawers and on the floor, a razor cover, a cigarette butt on the floor, I could go on and on. It’s so gross.

Ew.
Terrible stay. I waited no less than 20 minutes to check in (granted, there were 2 people in front of me, but the wait was not acknowledged in any way), it is attached to a Super 8, there were no towels in the room at all, a hair on the linens, trash on the floor that would have been seen if it had been vacuumed. Not a bargain, just a disaster.
