"This rental was so cozy! The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The location was within walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars & the Market. We would definitely stay here again even though it’s above a nightclub. Thankfully it was closed Sunday & Monday of our stay. "

"Pros: Great location by Green Lake & quiet/safe neighborhood. Quick (10 min.) walk to Greenlake shops/cafes. Parking available in neighborhood, but not immediately in front house. Studio very nicely designed. Cons:Bed was NOT comfortable (uneven/hard foam). 2 keypads at entry gate & door difficult to see/use at night because no illumination. (So if you don’t have charged phone w/ flashlight available, you can’t see/use keypad #s to get inside!)"

"I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing...

"This is a very old property, some of the facilities like the cupboards need to be updated, however i loved the generous space of the accomodation. Then at 10:30p, building wide alarm went off, I gathered up stuff and left the building, waited for the alarm went off after a while. There was no communication from the hotel at the time of alarm, or at checkout. "
