The breakfast service could do with finding someone who is more accommodating as apposed to the night shift porter who greeted us after our evening out and enquired if we were okay for water in our room for making tea/coffee and gave us a new bottle of water. It's little thingy like this that shows the quality of a hotel "

"A beautiful stay for myself and my 1 year old. The staff were incredible, so friendly, so helpful and even remembered my son’s name the next morning on check out which was really lovely! Housekeeping were all smiles and their work in the rooms is fantastic! What would be amazing is if they had a child play park outdoors because the scenery is stunning! Beautiful walks and just peaceful! Special mention to concierge Neal who went the extra mile for myself and my son with luggage, showing me around the hotel and the walks available on the map. Really took the time! Such a pleasant gentleman and a credit to the hotel! Cannot wait to come back! Thank you to all! "

"The staff, especially Robert were really friendly, hospitality and nothing was too much for them to do every request was replied with “no bother”. We arrived earlier than the check in time and as the room was ready they checked us in. They also allowed us an extra 30 minutes late check out. The breakfast was very delicious, the smoothie was made with banana but the chefs were happy to make one for me with bananas. Overall it’s was a good stay. The staff’s pleasantness was the best. "
