I had my 89 year old father with us and the only negative for us was no railngs on any steps going into the house or in the basement which is where the only shower was and no bathroom on the main level . For example, there were cozy blankets to snuggle with, teas, hot cocoa supplied & a towel warmer in the bathroom ! We didn't end up going to the state park but drove by & it looked great!"
