3 Bedroom 2 bathroom main house, with an additional studio with it s own kitchenette and bathroom above the garage. ( total of 4 bedrooms , 3 bathrooms)

Welcome to Tides at Bella Beach! Come enjoy your vacation at this beautiful cottage, only a short stroll to the beach. This home has a wonderful open floor plan consisting of the kitchen, living room and dining area.

Cozy up by the gas fireplace with a cup of coffee or cook a great meal for the family in this fully furnished kitchen! Sharing this first level is the master bedroom which includes a King size I-comfort bed and a television. Upstairs are two more tasteful bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and other with a pair of I-Comfort twin XL's. The detached studio/carriage house is located above the converted garage/gameroom and host a kitchenette and bathroom with its own queen size bed. ( with 2 large skylights it feels like a treehouse apartment ) super cute! Perfect for someone looking to spend quality time by themselves.

Don`t forget to enjoy the private fully fenced backyard with new hot tub, patio furniture, and gas BBQ, perfect for all your family, including the four legged members.
Also to note is the large side yard that includes a large deck and oversized picnic table for the family gatherings.

Maximum occupancy is 8 people with the carriage house. Access to the gameroom/garage. - which includes fun game tables like Foosball, Air Hockey, PS3, and even a sit down Pac-Man gametable.

This home is located on one of the larger lots in Bella Beach - it’s a corner lot that offers extra privacy. The home can be accessed via a driveway off Elderberry Way or Oceanview Drive.

The Tides Beach House was great!
Clean and plenty of space for our group of 5. Short walk to the beach and ate at the Side door cafe which was excellent. Thanks Dave for the recommendation. The cafe across the street was also nice and convenient.

Great family retreat
Our whole family loved this house and it’s location! The house is cozy and comfortable. We really enjoyed the game room on rainy days. The whole community is cute and walkable. We loved the beach and my youngest enjoyed the playground! We will definitely be back.

Great place to have a pet.
This property is very pet-friendly. A large or small dog will be very comfortable. It is easy to clean up after the pet because the owner has provided all the equipment, beds, towels or sheets necessary to care for your pet. The beach is a short walk away and very clean and nice to visit.

Wonderful for families
This is a wonderful accommodation for those seeking a family gathering. A wonderful coffee shop directly across the street. Plenty of comfortable beds and baths. The hot tub is private and the home has plenty of seating, albeit the couch has seen better days. Kitchen well-equipped. The game room a big hit with the grands. The beach is a short walk away, maybe 5 minutes. And what a wonderful beach it is.

Beach House
This is a fun, clean, 4 bedroom, 3 bath home near the beach on the Oregon coast. It is clean, has comfortable beds and supplies. It could use a new coffee pot and toaster (toasts one side at a time), and something to sharpen the kitchen knives. The neighborhood is quiet. A beautiful home to share with friends and family.

Perfect beach spot
This is the cutest house and they have made the most of the space! There were 4 adults and 4 children in our party and there was ample space to stretch out. The kids loved the game room! We enjoyed the hot tub and bbq grill as well. Everything was provided, from towels and bedding, to toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and garbage bags. Easy walk to the beach and easy drive to either Lincoln City or Depoe Bay/ Newport. This is our new favorite- we also loved the Cafe across the street.

Quick trip tp the coast
The house was very nice. It gave us weary travelers what we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good. Very quiet neighborhood, very close to the beach, and the coffee shop across the street is probably going to miss our business. It also gave us a couple of ideas for our beach rental that we are renovating. A double thumbs up as far as we are concerned. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

family getaway
This was the perfect place for our stay. My husband and I and our son and his family. Our grandsons loved the game room and the youngest ones favorite thing was the hot tub. We just enjoyed our time together. Very comfortable and the perfect set up for us with the room over the garage and then the 3 bedrooms in the main house. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Wish we could make this a yearly thing

Great location!
Comfortable accommodations and great location. Family of 7 adults stayed here. Very clean with lots of towels! (Found the throw rugs with no rubber backing on the wood floors to be a slipping hazard.) So many places to relax. Large hot tub. Found the key to the hot tub in a lockbock next to the door of the carriage house. There is a small and quaint Cafe across the street with good food and great coffee. A short walk to the dog-friendly beach where there are stairs from a deck overlooking the ocean. There is a landing half way down to the beach but my husband has trouble walking and gets winded so he chose to stay and rest on the deck. There is also limited parking available near this beach access. Short drive to the Oregon Coast Aquarium, the Tillamook Creamery and Georgie's (a restaurant we found overlooking the ocean). We would definitely stay here again!

We were disappointed in the access to the beach. It was more than stated distance. The stairs were very steep for one of us who is over 70. The mold smells in the cottage was overwhelming. This should be taken care of. Mold is mold.

Great except one thing.
Property was exactly as listed. Perfect in every way for us, except one thing. Cameras! I get one on the driveway and front door. But in a private enclosed area where the hot tub was. It was like an outdoor living room. But with someone watching, and presumably listening. And teenage daughters using the hot tub. We still spent time out there, but with this strange camera looking at us the entire time and who knows watching it…creepy.

Family Beach Birthday
The house is absolutely charming, cozy, and immaculate. Beds were very comfy, as was living room couch. Most everything was labeled nicely and laminated info sheets were very helpful. Kitchen was generally well stocked. Showers had great water pressure. Fireplace was nice and heated up main living area well. Lovely front porch. Awesome hot tub, well worth $35 fee. Loved the string lights above it. Neighborhood is charming as well, very dog friendly, and so much fun to wander about. Short walk to our new favorite beach! A few things we suggest…Provide shampoo, conditioner, soap and washcloths in the carriage house. Stock more silverware, especially spoons. Tighten the griddle handle. Label the hot tub key. Add blinds to the kitchen window. Repair broken slat in fence next to hot tub. Definitely would stay here again!

Super Fun Stay for Six!
Our family of 5 (3 kids ages 6-11yo) and grandma had a great time. The hot water heater broke near the beginning of our stay. The owner and mgmt co. did their best to address the situation as quickly as possible in a little town. Communication was great! Fortunately, there's a shower in the loft above the garage w/ its own water heater that we were able to use. My kiddos thoroughly enjoyed the game room despite the musty smell (just open the windows!) and grandma had a blast with her own space in the loft. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Grandma got there first w/ the kiddos... and upon coming and going and having to lock doors - it's interesting that the combination lock is on the "front" door where you canNOT park and unload. Would prefer to have the lock near the driveway for ease of access and to lessen confusion. This house is right across from the cute cafe. Our walk to the beach wasn't too bad! Beautiful beach for all to enjoy.
