Ocean front condo in the exclusive Bella Beach Community, at Glimmering Sands you can relax on your private deck while enjoying the amazing Pacific Ocean…just steps to a 7 mile stretch of sandy shoreline.

Warm woods, muted pastels, white-framed doors and windows create a charming, relaxed atmosphere at Glimmering Sands. You will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The living area features a flat screen Smart TV, cozy couches and fireplace. Step out on the deck to the large hot tub for relaxing after a day of beachcombing. Two cozy bedrooms allow for privacy each with their own baths – one with king bed and flat screen TV. A fully equipped queen sleeper sofa adds another bed, if needed.

It’s all about the beach at Glimmering Sands! The ocean breeze in your face, morning coffee on the deck, long walks on the beach, afternoons exploring, relaxing on the deck or in the large hot tub, reading that best seller…whatever the reason you came to the Oregon Coast, you will enjoy Glimmering Sands in the Bella Beach Community!

If accommodations are needed for more, consider reserving “Whales Tale” for accommodations for 8, “Wave Watcher” for accommodation so 6 or “Whales Tale and Wave Watcher” for 14.

PET FRIENDLY: **There is a $100 pet fee per pet with a maximum of $300 (3 pets). Although we are pet-friendly please note your pet must not be left unattended at the house without you present, even if in a crate/kennel. Failure to adhere to the house rules as it pertains to pets may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund. **

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.

*IMPORTANT* NO commercial vehicles, boats, trailers, motorcycles, trucks, truck campers or other recreational vehicle or equipment shall not be allowed on any part of the Property nor Common Areas in the Bella Beach community.

What a lovely stay! At first I thought we were in the wrong unit as the color scheme was different from the pictures, but we discovered it had recently been updated. The views were amazing and the unit is located in a darling quiet neighborhood. I would live there forever if I could! We saw seals and pelicans right on the beach outside the room, and gorgeous sunsets.

My sister and I had a great time at Glimmering Sands! The unit is so cute and right on the beach. This stretch of the coastline is so peaceful and beautiful. I highly recommend Glimmering Sands and Bella Beach - I will come back!

Loved the views, the hot tub, the direct beach access. Beds were very comfortable (including the sofa bed). Unit was well stocked with dishes and utensils. BBQ came in very handy. Owners even left us a bottle of wine which we enjoyed.

We really enjoyed our visit to the Oregon coast and a major part of that was this property. It was easy to find and check in. Everything was clean, cozy and ready for our arrival. The hot tub overlooking the ocean was very relaxing. And the private beach access was perfect for our little family! The kids had a blast and we all cannot wait to come back.

Amazing View
It was hard to leave when our stay way over. The view is amazing and it is a really cozy unit. I really like there are two master bedrooms, so we each had our own bathroom. Beach access is easy and it is an easy driver to Lincoln City or Depoe Bay. I will be coming back in November!

Excellent on so many levels. Weather was crazy good. Location, location, location…impossible to be closer, views and stairs to beach unbelievable. Kitchen facilities was really good and we used it the whole time. Minimal quantities of basic kitchen ingredients or spices so just come prepared. The layout was simple and comfortable.

Great property!
The beach access is amazing, wonderful to sit and watch the waves while soaking in the hot tub. If you have more than two couples, I would go with something larger. Listing says it sleeps 6, but the pull out is cramped and mattress is very uncomfortable. The 2 bedrooms each have their own bath and were very comfortable. All in all, location and property were perfect!

Perfect beach
The location was perfect and the beach was really beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a nicer beach. Depoe Bay was charming and quant. The house was very inviting and comfortable. The carpet needed repair as well as some of the furniture. I called to have the battery replaced in the smoke alarm, the master bathroom tub was clogged, and the hot tub motor was continuously running.

Great location! FYI about parking and pets
The location was great! We were literally a staircase away from the beach, with amazing views. We were surprised that there is no dedicated parking spot for this unit; there are public parking spots a few houses away on the street. That wasn't a huge deal, but there was no where to temporarily park the car in front of the unit to unload all our stuff and bring it down the stairs to the unit. Also, we were surprised by how much dog hair was still in the unit when we arrived.

Beautiful view
Confusing about the parking and it is not on the listing. After you arrive you find out that the ground 3 plex is for VRBO and the other two residents are long term so the two garage parking spaces is for them. The location signs are in front of each garage hence Glimmering Sands looks like where you would park. A sense of entitlement went along with that as our next door family did not go up the stairs and to the path for beach access but rather they would squeeze by our hot tube and walk inches from where we were eating on the deck. For people everyday 3-4 times a day.
