Welcome to our 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom condo located in the heart of Golden! Newly constructed, the spacious condo has a modern, open concept layout with high ceilings, lots of natural light and enough space to comfortably sleep your group of 4 on your trip to Golden! The centrally located condo allows you to walk nearly anywhere you would like to go in Golden. No Car? No problem!

The bedroom has a KING bed with a large walk-in closet. The spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity and plenty of storage space. The updated kitchen is fully stocked and has stainless steel appliances so you and your group are able to cook great meals together in the condo. We provide snacks and a Keurig coffee machine with K-Cups. The living room has a comfy couch (which is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa) and a Smart TV.

Our cleaners are working very hard to safely sanitize the home between stays. If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in (fee may apply) or dropping of luggage per request.

We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you'd like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.
-There is a minimum age limit of 21 to rent the home
-Smoking is NOT allowed indoors
-Pets are allowed NOT allowed in the building. If you bring a pet, the stay will have to be ended.
-No events or parties allowed
-There are neighbors, please respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 9 AM

We spent the weekend hiking local trails, exploring craft breweries and eating at amazing restaurants all recommended by the owners. The condo was the perfect spot to start and end our days. Communication with host was incredible! Things were stated as they are on the listing. It’s a very clean place and has all the things you need. They have a book of their favorite things and things to do around the area; which was helpful. Bonfire Burrito was a block away and is AMAZING! A cool town and this place made for a nice stay. (Ladies, bring your hair dryer. That’s the only thing it doesn’t have.)

We loved our stay at this wonderful condo. It is modern, clean, and well accommodated. Lovely decor.
