Truly great place to stay!
We enjoyed our time in this space! The outdoor space was perfect for our kids and friends to hang out, eat, and play. The rooms fit everyone without being cramped, the showers were hot, and the host was very helpful and communicative when we had questions.

Impromptu Spring Break
My 4 children and I were very comfortable for our 3 night impromptu trip to visit family. We had room to spread out and the beds were incredibly comfortable for even the pickiest of us.

This place was perfect for us. We had 8 people but needed 7 beds! Everyone had a bed, it was clean, quiet neighborhood and the host was great to work with. Will definitely stay there again if I’m the area.

Lovely 4BR, Great Value
We really enjoyed our stay at Joe’s house. Beds were very comfortable and having 4 separate bedrooms was a huge plus for us. Kitchen and living areas were ample and comfortable as well. Showers had great water pressure and the included bath amenities were very helpful. It was easy to get around Denver from the location and Joe was very responsive when we had questions.

The BEST place to stay in Denver.
Absolutely amazing house and host from beginning to end. Pristine clean upon arrival, perfect location, and easy to find. The property owner is awesome and extremely welcoming. Overall VERY VERY IMPRESSED. I would give more stars if VRBO would let me.

Joe was a pleasure to work with, unit is as listed. Couch super comfy! Our family enjoyed our stay here. Two bedrooms up, two bedrooms down which gives everyone some space! Definitely will stay here again!

Fantastic!
This house was perfect! Joe was super friendly and nice. We came to town for a regional tournament and was completely new to the area. Joe was helpful in answering questions. He even checked in with us to make sure the fencing team had everything it needed. I highly recommend staying here!
