You will enter through the Blue front door and have the entire upper level and Private back deck with views of the foothills and CSM "M" and the Barbeque Grill in the fenced backyard. This private home is a ranch floor plan with everything on one level. There's a sofa bed in the front parlor room and a sofa bed in the family room so the home can comfortably sleep 8. No parking on the driveway on the far left which is used by the neighbors below which have their own separate space, entrance, furnace, parking, all around in the back of the house on the lower level where you probably won't even notice them.
The large dining table in the great room is perfect for family meals cooked in the mountain modern and fully equipped kitchen. (Includes spices and basics but not your groceries). Just off the great room is a private deck overlooking the foothills to the west and you can see the Colorado School of Mines "M" from the deck and great room. You will enjoy the option to have your morning coffee or evening conversations and casual meals on the peaceful deck.

We respect our guests privacy but live nearby in case guests have any needs, questions or problems during their stay. We do have bus service down the block. That connects to RTD light rail station on the W line at the Jefferson County Courthouse building.
You will appreciate the Convenient Location for all the activities in Golden, the Mountains, and Boulder. It's a neighborhood with mostly older single family homes/duplexes but right next to downtown. We have para-sailing, kayaking, hiking, biking, climbing, and even a beach at the Clear Creek Kayak park, museums both indoor and out, Colorado School of Mines, Mountaineering Center, Miners Alley Playhouse, Concerts and events all summer long, a quaint downtown with shopping, bars and restaurants all walking distance from the Bungalow. It's really just a cool town to be in.
If you are looking for more, you will like the It's very easy to get to the mountains on I-70 and all areas of the Denver Metro Area.
